The Nifty lot size has been revised from 75 to 65.

Impact on Strategies

Previous Lot Size (75): If your overall stop loss was set to ₹1500 with a lot size of 75.

New Lot Size (65): With the lot size now decreased to 65, you should update your overall stop loss to ₹1300 .

Please adjust your strategy Overall settings accordingly.

⚠️ Important:
Due to the special trading session, the DTE (Days to Expiry) structure will change for this budget week.

📌 Budget Week DTE Structure
NIFTY

5 DTE → 28 Jan (Wed)
4 DTE → 29 Jan (Thu)
3 DTE → 30 Jan (Fri)
2 DTE → 1 Feb (Sun)
1 DTE → 2 Feb (Mon)
0 DTE → 3 Feb (Tue)

🔎 Nifty Strategy Deployment Examples

Example 1:
If your strategy entry day is set to 4 DTE, it will NOT deploy on 28 Jan (Wed).
It will deploy on 29 Jan (Thu).
👉 To deploy on 28 Jan, you must set 5 DTE in the portfolio.
(Same logic applies to positional strategies.)

Example 2:
If 4 DTE is selected with Auto Execution, the strategy will not deploy on 28 Jan.
👉 To allow auto-deployment on 28 Jan, set 5 DTE.
(Same applies for other DTE values.)

Example 3 (BTST):
If a BTST strategy is deployed on 30 Jan (Fri), then the next trading day / square-off day will be 1st Feb (Sunday) due to the special budget day trading session. Same will apply for Sensex strategy

SENSEX

5 DTE → 30 Jan (Fri)
4 DTE → 1 Feb (Sun)
3 DTE → 2 Feb (Mon)
2 DTE → 3 Feb (Tue)
1 DTE → 4 Feb (Wed)
0 DTE → 5 Feb (Thu)

🔎 Sensex Strategy Deployment Examples

Example 1:
