🏦 By the way, let’s take a quick break from bot-making and talk about crypto law-making!

About six months ago our club held a live stream about the end of July and the coming crypto legalization. Even then, Sacks was tasked with fully legalizing crypto within half a year, and it was clear he would deliver. I’ll dig around and maybe repost that stream for another look.

Back then I floated the idea that, by the time legalization arrived, they’d quietly spark a crypto bull-run, push everything to new highs, and then hype the legalization. That didn’t happen. Only Bitcoin made a new all-time high; the rest barely lifted off the bottom. But the bill’s text itself is inspiring. Here’s the breakdown:

▪️ CLARITY Act — finally separates SEC and CFTC jurisdictions, removing the “gray zone” for token projects. This eliminates the main barrier to launching tokens and other crypto ventures.

Main innovations
🔘 New categories:
    • Digital Commodity — decentralized asset (regulated by CFTC)
    • Investment Contract Asset — token issued as a security but able to “mature” into a commodity
    • Restricted Digital Asset — limited circulation until disclosure criteria are met

🔘 Decentralization test — a blockchain is “mature” if no single entity controls more than 20 % of validators or the code.

🔘 Dual registry of venues — exchanges and brokers register with CFTC (spot market) or SEC (investment-contract offerings).

🔘 Simplified fundraising — up to $75 million per year without full SEC registration, provided the roadmap and tokenomics are disclosed.

🔘 Self-custody protection — citizens are expressly guaranteed the right to hold assets in personal wallets.

The SEC and CFTC now have clear boundaries; meme-coins will often qualify as “digital commodities,” easing listings and legitimizing them in law and media.

▪️ GENIUS Act — integrates stablecoins into the U.S. financial system, boosting demand for the dollar and Treasuries.

Key provisions
🔘 100 % reserve backing — only USD cash and short-term T-bills; monthly public reserve reports.

🔘 Two licensing regimes: a federal bank charter (via the OCC) and a special charter for non-bank issuers under FinCEN and state oversight.

🔘 Priority for holders if the issuer goes bankrupt — their claims are paid before other creditors.

🔘 Marketing restrictions — no pitching a stablecoin as “government-backed” or “insured.”

🔘 Mandatory AML/KYC — issuers fall under the Bank Secrecy Act and must be able to freeze or “burn” tokens by court order.

🔘 Transition rules — existing stablecoins get an 18-month grace period to obtain a license.

Consequences?
● In a mass capitulation of crypto-gamblers, stablecoin issuers would have to sell those same T-bills, which could abruptly spike yields and destabilize the short-term debt market (as in 2022).
● In terms of Treasury demand, it’s minor: all stablecoins ever issued total only a quarter-trillion dollars — about one month of U.S. Treasury issuance.
● The main fundamental threat is that the new laws create an uncontrolled shadow money supply, legitimizing institutional inflows that were previously off-limits.
● The laws clearly weaken the dollar’s reach and the U.S. financial system: transactions can occur outside the U.S. financial perimeter, cutting bank and intermediary fees.

Up 194 % – that’s freaking insane! Sure, it’s with 50× leverage, but hey, minor details. =)

Overall I’m doing fine! I’ve already run $250 up to $440. I have to keep the bot on aggressive leverage just to have a shot at making the top 100.

After all, there are those “flesh-and-blood” traders with their perfectly natural intelligence up against my bots with artificial intelligence — but it’s still a fun ride!

🥇 So, my friends, the competition has come to an end!

My bots spent a whole week battling it out against flesh-and-blood traders — and now it’s time to wrap up the results!

💵 They started off strong, almost reaching $600 from the initial $250. But in the last couple of days… they got shredded, and we ended up with a final deposit of $442.

👑 Honestly, that’s not bad at all — still a 39% profit and rank 341 out of more than 4,000 traders!

👀 But just look at this top ranking! First place — 6714%! That’s $6,714 from just $100 in a week!

Seriously?! Even his dog trades better than I do — so what can I say about my bots? 😛 Maybe I should just stick to telling you about promising coins to buy for the next bull run =))

If he ever sells access to that strategy — I’m buying it, no question =)))

⭐️ But jokes aside — I’m actually quite happy with the result. Made it into the top 10% of traders using just 3 bots! Plus, I spotted a few ways to improve them. I’ll be writing some upgrades today or tomorrow to make them even more profitable!

💎 I finally made an exportable version of my bots — so now other people can actually use them too, not just me 😄
