Those stories will be pushed very loudly and this will scare people from taking cleansing like the way they should do it which is nice and slow. I don’t really want to talk about enemas here - mms ones I will find that recipe and will go into on a video but not talking about the coffee kind. I love them - The same way everyone loves a stimulant placed up the most absorbent area in the body lol, don’t get me wrong.

However I have learned everybody is extremely low on trace minerals (even when they think they’re taking enough) and enemas will deplete you of minerals EVEN MORE. I’m not gonna be responsible for people being low in minerals. So low that you cannot even absorb simple warm water because you did an enema. Also people are talking about enemas and liver extremely early in my opinion so I’m just not going to really give into it too much but this is an amazing green coffee enema support group on Facebook.
