All of these TikTokers that are being told to do liver flushes first- are ripping these eels that are strong with extremely sharp teeth out of the liver before they had time to poison them and even kill them for an easier removal. People who do liver cleanses first , are going to be dropping huge stones and have internal bleeding with inflammation due to ripping these guys out of their house

So you’ll notice that not every cleanse is good for everyone. And some cleanses (usually the ones that are made popular and very pushed heavily) usually have some bad side effects. this month everyone is pushing liver cleanses on TikTok even though the real cleanse community we know to do antiparasitics to clean out the gut before going in with the harsher liver cleanse.
It might seem innocent but as someone who’s done this for a long time, it’s these push cleanses that don’t sit well with everyone and people start getting hurt. Those stories will be pushed very loudly and this will scare people from taking cleansing like the way they should do it which is nice and slow. Kill the gut bugs make and sure you have enough trace minerals this slowly kills the things in your liver so you don’t drop 1 million stones right off the bat and slowly kill/weaken the flukes so they don’t tear you up.

I don’t really want to talk about enemas here - mms ones I will find that recipe and will go into on a video but not talking about the coffee kind. I love them - The same way everyone loves a stimulant placed up the most absorbent area in the body lol, don’t get me wrong.

However I have learned everybody is extremely low on trace minerals (even when they think they’re taking enough) and enemas will deplete you of minerals EVEN MORE. I’m not gonna be responsible for people being low in minerals. So low that you cannot even absorb simple warm water because you did an enema. Also people are talking about enemas and liver extremely early in my opinion so I’m just not going to really give into it too much but this is an amazing green coffee enema support group on Facebook. They cover everything like how you have to have charcoal before . How to get enough minerals. What side to lay on for it to go clear out your gallbladder.
