WHAT THIS BOT DOES:

Due to bittrex modifying their API and the huge influx of normies I've modified the bot's behaviour again.

Every 2 minutes it fetches real-time transactions from bittrex.com and binance.com from the top 100 coins listed on coinmarketcap.com. The bot fetches the last 30 seconds of trades (100 max) from these coins.

Currently the bot will send alerts if the following conditions are met:

1. The coin has at least 100 transactions in under 30 seconds and the coin has at least 20btc volume

Only the last two hours of messages are kept.
