Tears
There are tears of sorrow
And there are tears of joy
Either one is there to release
In order to bring back your peace
Let the tears flow
It will help you to grow
And to let all tension go
No tear is ever shed meaninglessly
Always there is a reason behind them
Sometimes it takes time to find them
And other times the reason comes effortlessly
Tears are not a sign of weakness
But instead of strength
Because tears turn the
Pages to a new chapter
After needed messiness
Use the tears to let go of all
That doesn't serve you at all
Let it be your solid power
Like a blooming flower
Expand, as there is nothing
Weak about any tear at all
For your weakness is truly
Your biggest strenght of all

Things are a little lessโฆ dark. You remember how strong and resilient you are. Because: youโre life, youโre here, and youโve got stardust in you.
So, when life feels too hard and the world feels hopeless, take heart. The best gift you can give everyone around you is your own courage to shine, to help, to rise, to be true to who you want to be, to love: even still.
Take heart, because whatโs inside is the most powerful force in the universe. Call it light, call it potential, call it whatever feels right to you.
