When you are confronted
by your environment
with the feeling of
not being good enough,
you can change your environment,
only to discover that you are not good enough in the new
environment either.
When you have the feeling
of not being seen or heard,
you can change your environment only to discover
that again you're not heard or seen.
When people keep crossing
your boundaries over
and over again, you can take
the decision to step out
of your environment,
let go of all the people and
discover after a while
that you have new people
in your environment who go
beyond your limits....
That which lives in you
in terms of beliefs and ideas
will manifest itself in the world

Other people will respond
to that which lives in you.
When you don't change
your thoughts and beliefs
within yourself, you continue
to draw the same energy
to you.
You can dive into victimhood
and say: I am not allowed
to get better,
or you can work on that
which lives inside of you.
It is not wrong at all
to change your environment

taken into account,
when you are not heard
or seen.
But as long as you do not
look at yourself and put
the causes outside yourself,
nothing will change.
The outside world is
your mirror image
and shows you exactly who
is standing in front of
the mirror.
