Good afternoon lovelies!
Here's a funny video of a song I still absolutely love. This young man goofs off at how he interprets everyone was back when the song was recorded. Pretty amusing, because I had to really laugh hard at all of his facial expressions ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ Yes, I'm officially admitting I love being goofy myself. After all, if we can't bring ourselves moments of shear joy, who will? We can't depend on others for anything. All that we desire, want and need, we can create ourselves perfectly. Therefore I always say that true happiness comes from within, not from the outside world. You is where it all starts and ends mentally, emotionally and physically. Thoughts are what drives each one of those states of being, along with what you consume. Whether it's foods, energy... Be aware of it all. Stay well grounded and heart centered ๐บ๐ท๐บ

Today a storm is raging through me
Asking me how much weight
I carry with me
And if it's not better to let it go
My heart feels heavy but also doesn't
It's the kind that you can't easily see
But feel all the more clearly
Today I give my weight away
To the storm who takes it to sea
Ready to wash all of it away
Today a storm rages through me
But doesn't at all stick with me
The wind will carry it with her
The storm may rage
But in me it's still
Not because it has to
But because it's my will
Calmness in head and heart keeps me
Grounded well and solidly connected
With myself, the earth and the galaxy
By connecting myself consciously
With them, all my wounds I heal
