As many of you will know, there are a million opinions flying around and they're all a little different. One of the things that we have to do in a time like this is come to know what's true for us, โI've heard my friend's opinion, I've read that article, what feels true in my friend's opinion and in that article for me and what am I going to keep for myself? And what am I going to shake off? Because it's not actually my perspective or my way of feeling the world.โ There's a lot of โshaking offโ needed at the moment. So if you aren't a physical person, you might want to get a little more physical this month.

Today, for the first time, I will be introducing an English column of my hand. Although I'm not yet certain of how frequently I will write this one. So if it'll be every Sunday, every other Sunday or once a month - I don't know yet, at this point. I would love to feel first in which posting frequency it'll be ๐ In this new Sunday Scripture I won't be addressing things the way I do in my Dutch column. Why? Well... I don't wish to repeat myself ๐ This type of column will be different, much more about who I am and what my interests are and what motivates me into writing. You all know me from writing poetry, making intuitive drawing, writing morning messages and making inspiring quotes in images (inspirational memes you may say), but... there's way more to it, so here we go. Music and Frequency
Besides all that I've mentioned in the small section above, I also share many, many songs that bring me joy to listen to. I do that because I am a big fan of music itself. Not a day goes by that I'm not listening to music and even sing to the songs I hear. However... there's one thing that only very little people know. I can actually sing for real. No ear deafening stuff, but the real singing deal. I've been singing and dancing ever since I was little but always kept it as a hobby. Never to do something professionally. I never wanted that and I never will. When I sing, it has to come from a place of joy. Not from anything else.
Back in school I even chose singing for a stage presentation together with another student. Since we were the only ones that chose to sing, we were asked to be on stage together in a kind of on stage singing battle. She sang Don't Let Go by En Vogue and I sang a lesser known song by I believe Etta James. The both of us received a standing ovation. Now if neither one of us could sing or just one of us could, trust me - that applause wouldn't be so deafening and nobody would've gotten up out of their seats. It was a wonderful experience that boosted my confidence pretty well ๐
Singing is a very good thing to do as it's good for your body. It literally raises your vibration. It helps healing you - if done correctly in the right tone for you. You can even try by humming to see how it feels in your body after five to ten minutes or so. Our voices naturally vibrate at a 432hz frequency. Which is the frequency that aligns your body with nature. There also are different healing frequencies that can assist your body to heal. There's 174hz for physical pain, 528hz to repair DNA, 639hz for connecting and relationships and 963hz for connecting to the Cosmos. Just to name a few. I use these myself along with some others that I haven't yet mentioned. I can recommend these sound frequency meditations to everyone who is not yet familiar with them. I sometimes even use my voice to sort of chant along. This tip came from one of the lives Mei-Lan Maurits held wherein she said the vibration of your voice means more than you may realize. The exact words I no longer know, by this came close. After I started to apply this chanting, I realized my voice slowly began to recover after having neglected a throat infection so badly that for quite a few years my singing voice was as good as gone. So this chanting does help alot. So if you may be insecure about sounding horrible when you sing, know that it doesn't matter if you can sing or not. It's about the vibration you send out with your voice. I'll leave you to it for this first runner and share a beautiful piece of frequency my best friend shared with me not too long ago.

Not a day goes by that I'm not listening to music and even sing to the songs I hear. However... there's one thing that only very little people know. I can actually sing for real. No ear deafening stuff, but the real singing deal. I've been singing and dancing ever since I was little but always kept it as a hobby. Never to do something professionally. I never wanted that and I never will. When I sing, it has to come from a place of joy. Not from anything else.
Back in school I even chose singing for a stage presentation together with another student. Since we were the only ones that chose to sing, we were asked to be on stage together in a kind of on stage singing battle. She sang Don't Let Go by En Vogue and I sang a lesser known song by I believe Etta James. The both of us received a standing ovation. Now if neither one of us could sing or just one of us could, trust me - that applause wouldn't be so deafening and nobody would've gotten up out of their seats. It was a wonderful experience that boosted my confidence pretty well ๐
Singing is a very good thing to do as it's good for your body. It literally raises your vibration. It helps healing you - if done correctly in the right tone for you. You can even try by humming to see how it feels in your body after five to ten minutes or so. Our voices naturally vibrate at a 432hz frequency. Which is the frequency that aligns your body with nature. There also are different healing frequencies that can assist your body to heal. There's 174hz for physical pain, 528hz to repair DNA, 639hz for connecting and relationships and 963hz for connecting to the Cosmos. Just to name a few. I use these myself along with some others that I haven't yet mentioned. I can recommend these sound frequency meditations to everyone who is not yet familiar with them. I sometimes even use my voice to sort of chant along. This tip came from one of the lives Mei-Lan Maurits held wherein she said the vibration of your voice means more than you may realize. The exact words I no longer know, by this came close. After I started to apply this chanting, I realized my voice slowly began to recover after having neglected a throat infection so badly that for quite a few years my singing voice was as good as gone. So this chanting does help alot. So if you may be insecure about sounding horrible when you sing, know that it doesn't matter if you can sing or not. It's about the vibration you send out with your voice. I'll leave you to it for this first runner and share a beautiful piece of frequency my best friend shared with me not too long ago.
