haha already got messages from HL supporters asking why i shorted HYPE.
I'm just a trading the PA of the token and have nothing against the platform. HL as a perps platform still remains one of the best there is in the market.
Part of my thought process:
- Attention drain to lighter w many new competitors popping up each month
- Team unlock is done but the positions are heavily monitored and any movement sparks some form of panic from traders
- HLP tvl drop and running at a low to negative APY
- Hip3 impact over bought. Still some ways off from having a tangible impact
- HL community now starting to get fragmented into other trading platforms
- HypeEVM have been pretty muted and I dont see it having tangible impact on the HYPE Token
- Minimal impact of USDH deployment
Overall felt that HYPE will have difficulties getting bid demand and downside has better RR.
As always, my positions are pretty short term and if i see a change in sentiment I would flip long pretty quickly.
Also feel that I generally don't like sharing my short positions as negativity around shorts always results in people getting defensive of their bags and raising pitch forks.

그러고보니 간밤엔 FOMC가 있었다. 예측은 25bps 인하. 점도표와 뉘앙스가 중요하댔지?
점도표는 예측범위. 비둘기적 발언.. 그래. 자산시장에는 유동성이 들어오고 활기가 돌 것이다.
나는 나의 승리를 확신하며 간밤에 잡아 둔 비트 이더리움 롱포지션을 확인한다.
나는 현명한 전업투자자야. 알트는 현물로, 레버리지는 비트와 이더리움만 하면 안전하지.
바낸이 실행되었다.
현재가는 이더리움 3220불, 비트코인 90000불.
나는 들고 있던 머그컵을 벽으로 집어던졌다
