3. 명령은 2년 반 전의 보충량에 대한것이며, 2019년 2월에 이용약관이 업데이트된 이후 완전히 해결되었음

4. 테더 재고량 기준으로, 완전히 지급 보증이 되지 않았던 적이 없었음. -다만, 재고량이 언제나 테더 명의로 현금과 은행 계좌에 있던것은 아니었음-. 테더가 명령에 주장한 바와 같이, 상응하는 비축량이 있었고 상환 요구에 부합하지 못했던 적은 없었음

5. CFTC의 비파의 미국 고객들에 대한 밴 타이밍에 대한 명령도 2018년 12월 이후에는 어떠한 침해가 있지 않았음.

We wanted to share a few pieces of follow-up information following the FLOW token unlock that occurred as announced on October 16. Importantly, FLOW tokens were unlocked for distribution globally without issue, another step toward further decentralization and distribution of the Flow network.

We are aware that many in the community experienced issues and delays when trying to deposit/withdraw unlocked tokens to/from certain exchanges.

Because these exchanges were still in the process of upgrading their nodes following a required mainnet update on Tuesday Oct 12, 2021 (four days before the unlock), these exchanges initiated their node updates a few days late and had to wait during the weekend for their nodes to fully sync with the network. Since their nodes weren’t synced, there were delays with deposits for the impacted exchanges that had not yet completed the upgrade in time.

These exchanges are now in the process of finishing the process, progressively enabling deposits as they complete their upgrades and syncs.

We want to thank the community for your patience and apologize for the delays being faced.
