According to the World Health Organisation's guidelines, rates of c-section deliveries in a region should ideally never exceed 15% of births. In Maharashtra, though, it's currently at 30%, with some districts even registering as high as 40%.

✔️Dark matter research: It will also contribute to the search for dark matter particles.

No matter how good, well-intentioned, helpful and kind we are, people may still find something negative to say about us.
If there's truth in their criticism, we should take it as an opportunity for self-improvement.
However, when criticism is based purely on others' perceptions and not on who we truly are, it's best to ignore it-or, if it becomes repetitive or harmful, address it in a suitable way.
While we may not be in control of the stones thrown our way, we can rise above them, soaring high enough that they never reach us. ✨✨

✔️The executive power of a state is vested in the Governor.
✔️The Governor is appointed by the President.
✔️The Governor cannot be removed from office as per the Constitution.
✔️ The Governor's salary and allowances are paid from the Consolidated Fund of the State.
✔️The Governor is the Constitutional Head of the State Government.
✔️The Governor submits his resignation to the President.
✔️In case of President's Rule, the Governor administers the state on behalf of the President.
✔️The Governor holds office during the pleasure of the President.
✔️The minimum age for a Governor is 35 years.
✔️ The Governor can nominate one Anglo-Indian member to the State Legislative Assembly.
✔️ India's first female Governor was Sarojini Naidu.
- Sarojini Naidu described the Governor as a "bird in a gilded cage".
- No money bill can be passed in the State Legislative Assembly without the Governor's approval.
- An ordinance issued by the Governor must be approved by the State Legislature.
- The Governor can dismiss the State Government.
- The Governor's main role is to act as a link between the Centre and the State.
- The Governor is administered the oath of office by the Chief Justice of the State High Court.
- Apart from the President's Rule, Jammu and Kashmir can also be placed under Governor's Rule.
- The first female Governor of Uttar Pradesh was Sarojini Naidu.
- In Jammu and Kashmir, Governor's Rule can be imposed for a maximum period of 6 months.
- The post of 'Sadar-e-Riyasat' was renamed as Governor in 1965.
