✅The World Bank has appointed a Neutral Expert (NE) and a Chairman of the Court of Arbitration (CoA) regarding the Kishenganga and Ratle hydroelectric  power plants.
✅ The appointments were made under the Indus Water Treaty (IWT) to resolve the disputes between India and Pakistan over India’s run-of-the-river hydroelectric projects. 
✅Kishanganga Hydroelectricity Project (KHEP)  located on Kishanganga or Neelam, a tributary of Jhelum, was inaugurated in 2018.
✅ Ratle Hydroelectric Plant (RHEP) is being constructed on the Chenab Rivers.

Sceptre (Sengol) used to be symbol of Transfer of power from Kings in Tamil Nadu especially in Chola, Pandya and Chera Kingdoms.

Now a Bronze alloy sceptre featuring Nandi Maharaj will be given to PM Narendra Modi which was prepared by Thiruvavduthurai Adheenaam in Thanjavur District of Tamilnadu and handed over to Pandit Nehru by Lord Mountbatten on Aug 14th, 1947.
