Why in the news: India is planning to transform the Andaman and Nicobar Islands into a hub for tuna exports.

✔️The Department of Fisheries has announced the establishment of a Tuna Cluster in the region.

✔️This initiative is part of the Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana (PMMSY), aimed at enhancing fish production and supporting
sustainable fisheries.

Nutritional Value:
✓ Tuna is an excellent source of protein and is low in saturated fat.
✓ It is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which are beneficial for heart health, brain function, and reducing inflammation.

के कैसे कहूं, जिंदगी, ये कहा जा रही है
मैं जिधर, घूमता हूं, बस वहां जा रही है

फिर लोग पूछते,तू पहले जैसा क्यों नहीं,
यार पहले जैसी,मजा भी नहीं आ रही है

झरोखों के भरोसे है पत्ते,के उड़े कब,
और ये इक जिंदगी भी थकी जा रही है

मैं चाहूं भी जो अब तेरी ओर चलना,
अब घसीटे मुझे, ये बस वहीं ला रही है

कोई पूछता है , कि कैसी कट रही है
अब ये बातें भी बताई नहीं जा रही है

कहा तक चला गया, मैं, खुद को खोकर,
ये खुदको भी, समझ ,तो नहीं आ रही है

ये इश्क दोस्ती दुनियादारी, मै क्या करता
फिर अब ये सब भी,संभाले नहीं जा रही है

फिर किस से वो कहता एक आदमी यहां,
जिसके घर ये  जिम्मेदारी बड़ी जा रही है

तकलीफ बयां करते नहीं बनता दोस्त अब
ये जो लिखता हूं बस उसमें कही जा रही है

इस कदर हूं मरता चला जा रहा अन्दर से,
अब ये सांसे भी कुछ कुछ दबी जा रही है

के कैसे कहूं  ये जिदंगी कहा जा रही है
मैं जिधर घूमता हूं बस वहीं जा रही है
