Why not ask? Maybe your one step could help improve someone’s mental peace. (Why let an innocent person suffer when a simple question could prevent a wrongful punishment?) Your action could prevent someone from taking a wrong step. Not everyone needs advice; sometimes, they just need someone who can listen without being judgmental and without hurting their feelings. And if anyone wants to share their problems, you can share them in any group or on any social app. Maybe 10 people will judge or ignore you, but at least one person will understand."
