Around 30 Amarnath pilgrims were injured after a bus carrying nearly 50 passengers plunged into a gorge near Gund in Ganderbal, Jammu & Kashmir. Rescue teams responded swiftly, and all injured have been shifted to hospital. Officials said two pilgrims suffered head injuries, but all are currently stable. An investigation into the accident is underway.

I am having my first afsb on 31st aug
And actually I have no idea what to do till now I was busy with capf and from then some what of yt videos i have seen but still confused ...what to do next
