🌸Kal Sunday hai so , jo bhi cds de RAHE koi sa bhi ek pyq paper uthaiye recent ka , and attempt it under proper exam environment with timing...
☘️Aapko pta chalega aap kha stand karte ho , aapke weak areas , then prepare accordingly.
🌿Blindly prepare karne se ya coachings ke course kharidne se you are not going to clear this exam .
Padhne se hoga , apni weakness par kam karne se hoga .....✨
Pyqs are the best guide jo aapko sahi direction de sakte so pls attempt it and plan accordingly .
Ab exam pass hai to you should give one full pyq every Sunday and then plan week accordingly.

India finally got itself featured on the Commonwealth Games leaderboard as para powerlifter Jhandu Kumar brought the first medal for the country in the 2026 edition of the tournament. The 28-year-old won the bronze medal in the men's heavyweight event on Friday night. On the other hand, Sudhir, the other participant in the event, finished sixth.
In the men's heavyweight final, Jhandu appeared in Group B. He first lifted 181 kg in his first attempt and then went on to lift 190kg in his next attempt. These two lifts were enough for him to race ahead in the leaderboard. However, he wasn't able to lift a whopping 196kg on his third and final attempt, and his total points tally remained at 130.9.

Yhi ki don't get attached to something too much..life is a continuous journey and don't stay at one place for more than the required time..if you get attached with one place then you'll not be able to complete the wonderful journey of your life.....
Let's take a example, suppose you're going to Himalayas or ladakh for trip, and in the way you see a wonderful lake. You click photographs there, you like it..lekin iska mtlb ye to nhi hai na ki ap us lake k paas hi baith jaoge humesha k liye......
Mera mtlb hai aap baith skte ho lekin apka asli maqsad to ladakh Jana tha ..isliye jyada time lake pr lagaya to ladakh reh jayega.........✨♥️
