I am reaching out to you with an urgent request for support as my cousin has been diagnosed with Acute Promyelocytic Leukaemia (APML), a rare and aggressive form of blood cancer. She is aged 28 and is survived by her husband and two children.

She is currently admitted to Yashoda Hospital, Secundrabad, Hyderabad, and her condition is critical. The medical team has advised a daily transfusion of Single Donor Platelets (SDP) for the next few weeks, and we are in dire need of A-positive or O-positive blood donors.

We would need at least 30 donations in the next couple of weeks. (During the course of the next couple of weeks, the patient will experience severe blood loss every single day).

In light of this, we are organising a Blood Donation Drive. Your participation and assistance in spreading the word would mean a lot to us.
