For those who feel higher judiciary is rigged, corrupt and arbitrary. Remember exceptions never defines the rule, It's always about the people not the institution at large. If you make up your biases against judiciary based on Yashwant Verma like incidents and gave impulsive reaction after reading obiter or oral observation of any judge in any case that too reported by media houses which even don't know which type of criminal justice system prevails in our country then you need to unlearn a lot in order to become a well informed and responsible citizen.
Don't want any chain of debates in this regard because that would be never ending topic but as I believe I am addressing a much educated, rational and critical crowd than the rest of the misinformed society so just think the most important fundamental right in our Constitution under Art-21 was just left with the most small verbatim on life and personal liberty open to interpretation but it was judiciary who expanded it over the years via multiple precedents.
