The UNEP-Convened Climate and Clean Air Coalition (CCAC) is a collaborative partnership comprising over 160 governments, intergovernmental organizations, and non-governmental organizations. It is dedicated to reducing powerful but short-lived climate pollutants (SLCPs) such as methane, black carbon, hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), and tropospheric ozone, which contribute significantly to both climate change and air pollution. The CCAC's overarching objective is to bridge ambitious agenda setting with targeted mitigation actions at the national and sectoral levels. Leveraging robust scientific research and analysis, and supported by its Trust Fund, the coalition has garnered high-level political commitment, provided in-country support, and developed a suite of tools to advocate for action and facilitate implementation. Against this backdrop, which of the following accurately describes the primary focus of the CCAC's efforts?

The bird in question is the Great Indian Bustard โ€“ commonly referred to as GIB (and godawan in Hindi) โ€“
that has been marked Critically Endangered in the IUCN red list.

Once commonly found in the scrublands of the dry desert state of Rajasthan in western India, this bird has been hunted for food and sport to a level of near extinction.
As one of the bulkiest flying birds in the world, the GIB can grow up to 1.2m in length and weigh up to 15kg.
Known for its long legs and long neck extending from a brownish body, this bird will win no beauty pageants, but was once in contention for being named India's national bird.

But according to recent estimates, there are barely 120 GIB left in India.
