To Akhand Bharat ⛳banane me kya issue hai ?

What issue? No empire is bigger than Bharat. Instead of motivating for regaining what lost. We just accepting. That is heen bhavna (Inferior complex). Jerusalem was banned for Jews under holy Roman Empire, lasted 600years. And they regained it. What stopping us?

The mistake people make is to confuse nation state with nation itself.


Nation state with govt democracy is relatively new phenomena, literally took off mostly after ww2.


Otherwise all were kingdom and princely states. For example, there is no nation called great Britain... There is a nation state of great Britain.

Difference between nation and nation state is, nation is what the people are. That means people having similar civilisation, cultures traditions, customs, religion, languages, food, get up, values and history.

A nation state is where boundries are enforced only on political ground, even if there is too many variables in the communities.

Pakistan is a nation state, which can only be recognised as a nation because of Bharat. Hence porkistanis identified themselves as Bharatiye in west to hide their inferiority.

Scotland doesn't identify itself with England and vice versa. Even though both are part of great britain by a treaty.


And that means even having hundreds of princely state, Bharat was is and always be a nation. Akhand Bharat exists. We just don't commit to take up those boundries.

The Constituent Assembly debated extensively on whether the Constitution should be flexible or rigid. The British constitution is considered flexible, as it can be amended by Parliament passing a law in the same manner in which it would pass any ordinary legislation. On the other hand, the United States Constitution cannot be amended without the ratification of at least three fourths of the individual states.

✅Why the education system needs reforms ?

The system of education at the time was “designed to meet the needs of all imperial administration within the limitations set by a feudal and traditional society, [and] will need radical changes if it is to meet the purposes of a modem democratic and socialistic society.”

However, there are still significant gaps that need to be addressed.

✔️ First, the definition of literacy is wide – referring to a person aged seven and above, who can both read and write with understanding in any language. And within this, while the literacy rate was 82.14 for males, it was at 65.46 for females. There are also wide regional variations: Kerala had a 93.91 per cent literacy rate while Bihar stood at 63.82 per cent.

✅What are autonomous hill (or district) councils?

✔️ When the British took over the-then Assam, their imposition of formal laws on the land was resisted ferociously by tribal populations living in the hills, who had their own customary laws. To avoid confrontation — as they were only interested in economic exploitation of the region — the British divided the hill regions of Assam into “excluded” and “partially excluded” areas through the Government of India Act, 1935. In these areas, federal or provincial laws would not apply until the governor felt they were needed for peace and development.
The ostensible aim of the provision was to allow tribal populations to govern themselves.

✅How was it adopted in the Constitution?

The Sixth Schedule was adopted under Article 244 of the Constitution with provisions for formation of autonomous administrative divisions within a state. These divisions, in the form of ADCs, were granted certain legislative, judicial and administrative autonomy within the state.
