I still remember this man, when i was in 3rd year of my graduation he was posted as SP of the same District of UP.

I witnessed an incident where an he tactfully avoided using his official SP car while inspecting liquor shops, highways, petrol pumps, and roadside dhabas. This approach was intended to catch people off guard. Instead, he opted for private vehicles or public transport.

Interestingly, in the area, the liquor shops were supposed to close by 9:30 PM, but even as late as 2 AM, liquor was being sold at roadside dhabas. This Man took action, managing to close down these liquor shops and apprehend numerous ruling party workers, which set him apart from others.

I've encountered very few IPS ( कप्तान ) like him in UP. Clearing this exam is simpler than upholding the right image. Clearing UPSC doesn't mark the journey's end; it's the beginning. People often advise recalling the initial purpose during UPSC preparation whenever aspirants feel demotivated. However, after passing, many tend to forget that very reason.
