Criminal Procedure Code 1898 की जगह अब भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता 2023 स्थापित होगा

और Indian Evidence Act 1872 के स्थान पर अब भारतीय साक्ष्य अधिनियम 2023 स्थापित होगा.



The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) Bill, 2023;
Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) Bill, 2023; and
Bharatiya Sakshya (BS) Bill, 2023
that will replace
The Indian Penal Code, 1860,
Criminal Procedure Act, 1898, and
the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 respectively
