Regarding the Mains #AWInitiative
I received the amazing response from all of you , majorly I saw the acceptance but there was some suggestions there as followed
1. KEEP IT FREE.
Yes it will be absolutely FREE!!
2. FULL Answer Writing
No,we can't do it now ,but after some
Time and practice of
BRAINSTORMING will start that too.
3. Peer Evaluation
If AW is not happening so Evaluation will not.
Then what exactly we gonna do???
I'll share it in next post .

Just to allegedly bring bright students from rival coaching centres 🤯
Report claims, the reward structure is:
- AIR 1: Rs. 15L L
- AIR 2 & 3: Rs. 12 L
- AIR 4-10: Rs. 9 L
The incentive applies to students enrolling in the company’s 2027 classroom batches.
PW clarified it is an old "reward policy."
Isn't this an aggressive poaching strategy in the highly competitive coaching industry?

In the morning you'll have the whole day to Brainstorm the points ..
In the evening we will just read the points given by our peers and ourself.
Then If you people suggest good points of peers then great else i'll cherry pick the good points from all of you and post it there for your reference of an good body .
This will continue for a week , we will not go subject wise to make us familiar with this for the 1st week.
We will increase the level week by week.
I want your support to start this a minimum quorum of 10 People is required so give your attendance below in comments.
