Indigenous community in North-eastern India

Major inhabited Areas - Nagaland, Manipur, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, and Myanmar.

Believed to be Indo-Mongoloids who migrated to India around the 10th century BC.

Ethnic community comprising several tribes such as the Aos, Angamis, Changs, Konyaks, and others.

Various names - Noga, Naka, Hao, Chin, Naga Celebrate Hornbill Festival Predominantly follow Christianity

The Nagas are not a single tribe, but an ethnic community that comprises several tribes who live in the state of Nagaland and its neighbourhood.

There are nineteen major Naga tribes, namely, Aos, Angamis, Changs, Chakesang, Kabuis, Kacharis, Khain-Mangas, Konyaks, Kukis, Lothas (Lothas), Maos, Mikirs, Phoms, Rengmas, Sangtams, Semas, Tankhuls, Yamchumgar and Zeeliang.

But environmentalists have said the utility of fertilizers can’t be taken for granted. For one, Haber’s nitrogen fertilizer is not harmless

Green Ammonia:

It is produced by using hydrogen from water electrolysis and nitrogen separated from the air.

•These are then fed into the Haber process (also known as Haber- Bosch) which is powered by sustainable electricity.

In the Haber process, hydrogen and nitrogen are reacted together at high temperatures and pressures to produce ammonia, NH3.

Green ammonia production is where the process of making. ammonia is 100% renewable and carbon-free.

Used:
Green ammonia can be used as a building block to produce fertilizers for agricultural use, fuel for engines such as locomotives and shipping, replacing diesel and marine fuel oil, a fuel source for electricity power generation and feedstock for industrial and manufacturing applications, from water purification to pharmaceuticals.
