If you truly want to make schemes more effective, focus on economic parameters, not caste. Take every downtrodden person with you on the path to development, regardless of their caste and creed, that's what real development looks like. You cannot just waltz in every institution and play a nonsensical jaati card there, it ultimately breeds discord.

Our education system faces a complex and multifaceted issue. Recruitment processes are marred by challenges such as exam paper leaks and reservation-related complexities. Even after appointments, some teachers can't even muster the effort to show up at school and fulfill their duties, often resorting to sending proxies, whilst enjoying paychecks from the comfort of their homes. And when the government takes steps to enforce punctuality by introducing digital attendance systems, these efforts are met with huge protests supported by ignorant masses and devious political parties, under flimsy pretexts.

And this isn’t just limited to government schools—it's a widespread issue across nearly all public institutions, especially those governed by state governments and located in remote areas. It's a farce on a national scale.
