On Thursday, Jan. 25, 2024, Mariana BUONINCONTRI, 58, has been charged with:
·        breach of trust contrary to section 122 of the Criminal Code
·        fraudulently use or cause to be used directly or indirectly a computer system with intent to obtain, directly or indirectly a computer services contrary to section 342.1(1)(c) of the Criminal Code
·        wilfully commit mischief in relation to computer data, contrary to section 430(5) of the Criminal Code

“This is no longer free and democratic,” Bob Blayone voiced his protest during a January fundraiser convoy.

The demonstration supported the #Coutts4, individuals implicated in a conspiracy to murder RCMP during the Coutts Blockade.

They've been in remand for over 540+ days without conviction, bail denied.

“Chris Carbert has lost his brother last week, he lost his father a little while back. This is stolen time from them that they’ll never get back.”

Blayone points out that there's no politician speaking up for these men: “This is tyranny, abuse of the powers of these governments.”

He goes onto say that he’s “sick and tired of re-electing the same criminals that are doing this to the people of Alberta.”

“Wake up Albertans!” Man cries out.

The convoy is going to merge in Lethbridge and head down to the U.S. border town Coutts, Alberta to mark the 2nd anniversary of the protest.

They will then do a slow-roll in front of the remand where one of the four protesters are still being held after 700+ days.

I asked participants if they anticipate any changes in direction after the 4 accused received international attention.
