Michoacán: CJNG Fuerzas Especiales Mencho (FEM) sicario seen armed with an AK pattern rifle, fitted with a Magpul MOE handguard and Zhukov-S stock.
The patch he is wearing is relatively new, with a picture of Mencho and the number 3, representing the stepson of El Mencho, Juan Carlos Valencia González aka 03 or JP/El Pelón. 03 is one of the remaining CJNG leaders after the death of his stepfather and recent arrest of El Jardinero (Audias Flores Silva).

Miembros del CJNG filmándose mientras sostienen un intenso enfrentamiento en contra de la policía comunitaria de coahuayana michoacan, quienes realizaron un asalto a las posiciones del cjng, incluso llegándose a acercar a las posiciones del cjng en un vehículo con blindaje artesanal.
En el video podemos observar como los sicarios son atacados con explosivos de caída libre lanzados desde un dron, lo que hace que los sicarios se retiren del lugar.

Rio de Janeiro 🇧🇷: Homemade .50 cal seen with the Red Command
In this picture, a member of the Comando Vermelho (CV) can be seen, holding what appears to be a craft made bolt action .50 cal.
The magazine and barrel appear to be original parts from a Barrett anti materiel rifle. Would be interesting to see how well it holds up 🤨. They have also added a regular AR stock and a bipod.
“El Chapo” can be seen painted on the magwell, along with “No surrender” on the optic.
Based on the emojis used, the barefoot gunman is possibly a member of the Red Command’s Tropa do Urso (Bear Troop 🚩🐻). Most likely, the picture was taken somewhere in the Penha complex, which is a particular stronghold for CV.

El sicario que aparece en la primera fotografía pertenece a la célula Dos Aguas del CJNG, su clave es “R18” y trabaja para dicha organización desde aproximadamente 2021.
En el video se observa al sicario portando gafas de visión nocturna AN/PVS-7, también se aprecia una mina de fabricación artesanal.

To add to yesterday’s post, these two pictures (obtained by Submundo Criminal) add a little more context about the Red Command (CV 🚩) gang member seen with a craft made .50 cal.
Slide 1 shows him again, with another homemade .50 cal of the same design. Though, this one is tan in colour, has a shorter barrel and a vertical foregrip.
Slide 2 shows a closeup of the black “El Chapo” .50 cal seen yesterday, as well as a FAL on a sling.
“El Chapo” is in reference to high ranking CV trafficker Manoel Cinquine Pereira, aka Paulista da Penha (slide 3). The CV member pictured is reportedly a member of his inner security team.
It is interesting to see that CV has at least two of these rifles. The uniformity of their design suggests a single manufacturer, and that there are likely more in circulation.
Homemade weapons are very prevalent in Brazil, ranging from low level improvised handguns to 3D printed FGC-9s, counterfeit HK416s and .50 cals.
