FEU is the alliance between CJNG and the Chapitos 🍕branch of the Sinaloa cartel. The patch reads CJNG IAG, referring to Iván Archivaldo Guzmán Salazar, son of Chapo Guzmán who has a $10m bounty from US authorities.
The sicario can be seen with yellow ribbon on his plate carrier, which is known to be used by the FEU in Sinaloa for identification of friendly forces.

He can be seen again in these pictures. Picture 2 shows him with a DJI RC Plus controller, typically used for the heavier duty drones (Matrice 30/300/350, Agras etc). The controller is fitted with a screen protector which doubles as a sunshade.
Pic 3 shows him with the same controller, next to what appears to be a large drone drop munition. Other than the notable size, it has eight stabilising fins.

A friend serving in Ukraine confirmed this patch is from Ukrainian supplier M-Tac Possibly brought to Mexico by one of the Colombians who served in Ukraine, although it can also be bought online in the US and Europe
This particular dronero has also been spotted wearing a drone related patch from Ukrainian supplier M-Tac. The patch, which reads: “☠️ Warning, drones zone” was possibly brought to Mexico by one of the former Colombian servicemen who also served in Ukraine, before being recruited by CJNG.

Three improvised explosives recovered by the military in Elota, Sinaloa. These appear to be the same style recently spotted with a Chapiza sicario somewhere in Sinaloa, shared by CodigoZ.
The metal body contains scoring, to increase spread of shrapnel.
Picture 3 shows a large number of these improvised explosives recovered in Santa Cruz de Elota in early March, where a total of 98 improvised explosives were recovered, alongside a .50 cal Barrett anti materiel rifle, two light machine guns and 15 rifles.
