FN Scar rifles in Rio de Janeiro 🇧🇷
Slides 1-3 show an FN Scar-H in the hands of a Tropa da Gata member of TCP, in the Israel Complex.
These were posted in response to rumours that the rifle had been stolen by a defecting TCP member, handed over to the rival CV. Defections are not uncommon, gang members steal weapons/drugs, sometimes killing other members and fleeing.
Slide 1 shows the rifle with additional ammo and a Panerai Navy Seals edition watch. Slide 2 shows a better look at the Holosun 512C optic. He can be seen making the “3” hand signal used by TCP. Note the cat tattoo on his finger/stickers on the rifle magazine/pistol holster. Interestingly, the Glock is a Taran Tactical edition, shown in slide 4.
Slides 5/6 show more FN Scar-H rifles in the hands of TCP.
The last slide, from Fallet-Fogueteiro, shows another Scar with CV, as shown by the “CV” and Bin Laden stickers (used because of a member with that callsign), with an Imbel IA2 to the right.

Guerrero 🇲🇽 : Gente del Serio (CJNG) sicario seen with a 1000 round ammo feeding backpack.
Can see the ammunition feeding sleeve to the left of him.
The Gente del Serio have been seen with multiple of these systems. Pictures 2 and 3 show three of them, taken during a birthday party for Serio (Francisco Jaramillo Valdovinos).

CJNG drone operator POV
Shown here is another day in the office for a member of the Gente del Serio (GDS), which is part of the CJNG, based in the state of Guerrero. No location was given, but it is possibly around Teloloapan.
The drone is a Potensic ATOM SE, which is a smaller (<249g) and cheaper model with a 4k camera, suitable for reconnaissance purposes.
Beyond the phone being used to control the drone, a .50 cal Barrett M82 anti materiel rifle and M249 SAW are visible, both being very commonly used in Mexico.

🇧🇷 additional picture of the same .50 cal Barrett M82 anti materiel rifle with a member of the Comando Vermelho (CV)
This is a member of the Motoboy troop, based in the Novo Holanda (New Holland) complex in Rio de Janeiro.
The pictures were taken in the same room, possibly a weapons storage facility used by the gang. There are 17 more rifles visible, with the extra Barrett magazine next to the tan coloured rifle.

Sinaloa: Sicarios use a drone to carry enemy’s decapitated head
Sicarios from the Cabreras/MF faction of the Sinaloa cartel send a message to the rival Chapitos faction and CJNG sicarios operating in Sinaloa.
The sicario narrating can be seen holding a DJI RC Plus controller, used to pilot the hovering DJI Matrice 30 series drone. Another sicario brings forward the decapitated head, which is then attached to the drone with some wire, as the drone flies away.
As far as I am aware, this is the first case of a drone being used to carry enemy body parts in Mexico, but it likely won’t be the last, especially after the release of this video footage.

Cartel drone wars: Sicarios shoot down enemy drone
Shown here is a DJI Flycart 30 drone, shot down by members of the Fuerzas Especiales de Isidro (FEDI) in Badiraguato, Sinaloa on Saturday. The drone was then used by FEDI sicarios in a propaganda video, mocking their rivals.
It is unclear whether the drone was taken down using a counter-UAS system or by regular gunfire.
In Mexico, cartels use these larger agricultural drones as heavy bombers. Allowing for a heavier payload, they can carry large numbers of improvised drone drop munitions.
FEDI is part of the Guasave cartel, run by Fausto Isidro Meza Flores, aka Chapo Isidro. They are currently engaged in a war with the Gente del Guano and Los Calabazas in Sinaloa. Much of the conflict is centred around La Tuna, Badiraguato, which is the birthplace of Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán.

How a former BOPE operator trained gang members 🇧🇷
In March 2025, former BOPE operator Ronny Pessanha was arrested during Op Containment, aimed to weaken criminal operations in RJ. He was suspected of handling logistics for gangs and money laundering through his security company, Skull 47 (his BOPE callsign) Group .
Investigation of his devices found evidence Pessanha offered his services to CV, training gang members in weapons handling. He would reportedly charge up to R$1500 ($290)/hour.
Pessanha was in contact with CV traffickers Corolla (jailed) and Paulista, the boss of Penha. Slide 4 shows Pessanha (black shirt) with Corolla, running rifle drills. Slide 5 shows Corolla training on a treadmill with a rifle.
This was not his first controversy, Pessanha was arrested in 2020 for links with militia groups, reportedly forcing residents from their homes. After spending over a year in prison, he was kicked out of BOPE in 2022. After this prison sentence he aligned with CV to provide tactical training.
