Shown here are goods available from a Sinaloa based seller, ranging from tactical gear to small arms and even C-UAS systems.

Slide 1 shows an eight band man pack portable signal jammer which was up for sale, modelled by an armed individual. This also comes with a directional antenna, seen resting on the case. Slide 2 shows the seller’s description and slide 3 shows an additional man pack jammer.

Slide 4 shows an eight band Telsig TX-XQ08 signal jammer for sale, one of the most commonly used C-UAS systems by cartels. Fresh out of the box, it also comes with a spare charger/battery.

Slide 5 shows a Vodasafe P18 18 band handheld signal jammer in action. After the system turns on, the radio (with an interesting sticker) loses connection.

Tactical gear is often sold as shown by slides 6-8, featuring ballistic helmets and plate carriers, with “special forces” patches.

Slide 9 shows 7.62x39 magazines, of which the seller reportedly had 50 ready to go.

A picture posted by All Source News shows a sicario from the Gente del R5 in Michoacán, outside the Mixed Operations Base (BOM) in Los Reyes, Michoacán.

This is not new, for years now, it has been known that regional military units have been aligned with Carteles Unidos in parts of Michoacán, particularly in Los Reyes (Gente del R5/Cartel de Los Reyes) and Tepalcatepec (Cartel de Tepeque), to slow the advance of CJNG.

The second picture, which is from early 2021, shows a member of the Tepeque cartel (green camo), meeting with National Guard soldiers.

The third picture, also posted by a member of the Tepeque cartel, shows Mexican army and National Guard soldiers on patrol.

The military support ranges from material (ammunition and weapons, such as the FX-05 of which multiple examples have been seen with Carteles Unidos) to operational, providing logistical support and focusing operations on their rivals, CJNG.
