⚡ More accurate analytics, smoother chats, and more reliable campaigns

📊 Analytics

ARPU per paying fan — Tracking Links now divide revenue only by the number of buyers. “All” includes every paying subscriber, while “Unique” includes only paying first-time subscribers. You can also add the metric to a shared report and CSV export.

PPV payments in chats — the metric now includes only PPVs that chatters sent directly to fans in one-to-one conversations. Mass campaigns are excluded from the calculation, and a paid-to-sent PPV ratio is shown alongside it.

💬 Chats

Jump to the original message — a “View message” button now appears below replies. AgencyKey loads more history when needed, scrolls to the original message, and highlights it.

Sending from scenarios — after you click “Send,” a loading indicator and the outgoing message appear immediately, so it is clear that sending has already started.

Muted chats — pop-up notifications for new messages from that fan are now hidden, while purchase notifications remain visible.

Free previews — media added to a free preview stays free after editing. If a file has not finished uploading, AgencyKey stops the send and asks you to reattach it.

Split Inbox — your selected chat sorting is preserved, while pinned conversations remain above the rest.

AI Recon now handles long conversations more reliably.

📣 Campaigns and automation

Resume after temporary failures — if data cannot be retrieved immediately, AgencyKey retries and resumes the campaign from the saved position.

“Fan comes online” — the selected “Every time” or “Once” mode no longer resets after reopening the automated message.

🗂 Vault

When the Vault is expanded to full width, its grid adapts to the window size and shows more media in each row.

⚡ Small improvements in AgencyKey

🎞 More information about attachments — attachments now show their media type and the duration of videos or voice messages.

💬 Consistent chat-list settings — chat-list layout settings now apply to every creator in the profile, while name display remains creator-specific.

🔔 Open the right chat directly from a notification — the panel stays open when you go to a conversation. Purchase and subscription notifications open the correct chat even when there is no previous message history.

🧭 Change the address of an open tab — a dedicated pencil button now opens the page address; for pinned tabs, the same action is available by right-clicking the tab.

🔐 More reliable role saving and copying — data access levels and copying older roles now save correctly.

🗂 Precise permissions for media in categories — Edit permission is enough to manage media within Vault categories; Delete is required only to remove a category itself.

⚡ Small improvements in AgencyKey

🧾 Account details in one window — click a creator row to open the account details. Essential information and available settings are now collected in one window, where you can make changes right away.

🗂 Clearer Vault categories — when adding media to a category, you can now see which files are already there. Each file’s details also show every category it belongs to.

🔎 Only the filters you need in analytics — hide unnecessary Tracking and Trial Link filters, and AgencyKey will remember your selection.

🧠 Separate AI and Public API settings — AI Assistant and Public API settings now have separate pages. The built-in AI Assistant also has Back and Forward buttons.

🔔 Creators with new activity in the Dock — on macOS, the badge on the AgencyKey icon now shows how many creators have unread messages or notifications. Each creator is counted once.

🌐 Localized menu and branded Windows installer — the app menu follows your selected language, and the Windows installer now uses AgencyKey branding.

🔐 Separate permissions for cancelling invitations and removing employees — these actions can now be configured independently. Existing roles retain their access. We recommend reviewing custom roles and disabling employee removal where cancelling invitations is enough. By default, Owner and Admin receive both permissions, while Team Leader can only cancel invitations.

⚡ What’s new in AgencyKey

🧭 Navigation history within a tab — right-click Back or Forward to open a list of previously visited pages.

⌨️ Keyboard tab controls — keyboard shortcuts can switch, close, and restore tabs, as well as move between creators.

👤 All creator accounts in one menu — saved creator accounts are now available in one menu. It shows the current account and any profiles that require you to sign in again; profiles you no longer need can be removed from the device.

📊 Adjustable column widths — column widths can now be adjusted by dragging. AgencyKey remembers the layout separately for each section.

📝 Creator notes up to 5,000 characters — the limit has been increased to 5,000 characters, and the full note can be opened from the creator card.

🗂 Remove media from a category without deleting files — selected media can now be removed from the current category without deleting the files from the Vault.

🗑 Clear an entire draft in one action — the new “Clear draft” action removes the entire draft: text, attachments, and message settings.

🌐 Control sending when translation fails — if translation fails, the original text is no longer sent automatically. You can retry the translation or explicitly send the original.

🔎 Chat search and tab limits — search starts after three characters. When a limit is reached, the interface explains which tab needs to be closed or which chat needs to be unpinned.

💬 Chat status directly on the tab — tabs show the number of unread messages and a separate indicator when a fan is waiting for a reply.

🧾 Incomplete PPV History — AgencyKey warns when only part of the data was loaded. The warning can be hidden for that fan.

🏷 Organize creators with color-coded tags

Create custom tags for your agency, choose a color for each one, and assign them to one creator or several selected accounts at once.

Use tags to filter both the account list and the creator menu, keeping the right working group within reach anywhere in AgencyKey.

🔐 Access: Owner, Admin, and Team Leader can manage and assign tags by default. For custom roles, access is controlled by the Manage Accounts → Edit name permission.

💜 Tips are now visible in PPV history

The chart in the chat list shows the ten latest events: each bar represents a PPV or a tip. Events run from older to newer, while the height of each bar reflects the amount.

Purchased PPVs are green, unpurchased ones are gray. Tips now appear in purple, while refunded purchases are shown in red.

This makes it easy to review a fan’s payment activity without opening the chat.

🌐 A cleaner translation workflow

Translation no longer opens in a pop-up or covers the chat. The original stays above, while the translation appears directly below for review, editing, or immediate sending with a shortcut.

Write your message and choose the workflow you need:

— Enter — translate, review the result, then press Enter again to send;
— Ctrl+Enter on Windows or Cmd+Enter on macOS — translate and send immediately;
— Alt+Enter in the translation field — send the original;
— Shift+Enter — add a new line.

After translation, the cursor automatically moves to the lower field. You can also switch between the original and translation using ↓ and ↑.

📝 Keep creator context next to the chat

The Creator tab now includes a shared note for the account. Keep important details and team recommendations there so they can be reviewed or updated without leaving the conversation.

🔐 Access: the note is visible to employees who can access the account or its chats. Editing requires the Edit Note permission, enabled by default for Owner and Admin. Review it separately for custom roles.

🗂 Fan history in your agency

AgencyKey now shows whether the same fan has interacted with other creators in your agency, how much they spent, and when they were last active. Use the document icon to view the name and note saved by the team for a specific creator.

💬 For example, if a fan first chatted on a free page and later moved to a paid page, the chatter can immediately see the previous context.

When an employee has access to the selected creator’s chat, they can open the conversation with the same fan directly from the history. Without access, the history may remain visible, but the quick-open button will not appear.

🔐 Role settings let you show history only for assigned creators, a specific group, or the entire agency. Access to saved names and notes is configured separately—for example, a chatter can see them across the agency without being able to open every creator’s chat.

💡 If there’s anything else you’d like to see in this section, send your ideas to our support team.

✨ Updates across chats, PPV, and scripts

📈 PPVs and tips — the right panel now includes a chart of recent events, while the history combines PPVs and tips in one timeline. Tips are highlighted in purple.

🎛 Chat list — card changes are shown instantly in a live preview. You can hide online status and message count, choose the time format, and resize the list.

🧩 Smart Lists — the new Offline filter hides fans who are currently offline. A synchronized copy is marked with · AK, while the original list shows a sync indicator. Both can be pinned separately.

🧾 Script media — attachments can be dragged into the required order. Before saving or sending, AgencyKey warns about duplicates and unavailable files.

⚡ AgencyKey Beta — get updates a few hours early

Want to try new features before they reach the stable version? Updates usually arrive in AgencyKey Beta a few hours earlier.

🔗 Download AgencyKey Beta

There’s no separate registration: sign in with the same AgencyKey login and password, and you’ll see your usual workspace.

Beta installs as a separate app and does not replace the stable version. If a fresh update turns out to be unstable, simply open the regular AgencyKey app and keep working.

You can also run both versions at the same time—for example, keep one window on each monitor and work with different CRM sections side by side.

🔔 Social activity notifications

AgencyKey can now show pop-up notifications and play a sound for new comments, likes, tags, and mentions. Each category can be configured separately — these notifications are off by default.

From a notification, you can open the original post or go to OnlyFans notifications.

📍 Where to find it: Settings → Notifications → Social activity

🔢 Keep only what matters in the notification counter

You can now choose which categories contribute to the total unread notification count.

For example, likes and tags can be excluded so they do not increase the total. The notifications will remain unread and visible in their own tabs.

📍 Where to find it: Chats → gear icon above the chat list → Counter

⏸ Pause campaigns and resume them later

A campaign that is currently sending or waiting to start can now be paused without deleting or setting it up again.

New sends will pause, while messages already being sent may still complete.

When pausing, you can also pause scheduled messages belonging to that campaign. When you are ready, select “Resume” to continue the campaign.

For event-triggered campaigns, events that occur during the pause are not queued. Only new events after the campaign is resumed will be processed.

📍 The pause button is in the last column of the campaign table.

🔐 Access: the “Pause and resume” permission. It was automatically enabled for team members who could already launch campaigns.

🗂 Smart Lists and their copies are now separated in the chat menu

Original Smart Lists appear under “Smart Lists” with the AgencyKey label. Their OnlyFans copies are grouped separately under “Smart List copies”.

If you use Smart Lists, check that you’ve pinned the originals.

The original selects an audience based on your rules without waiting for an export to OnlyFans. A copy updates in the background, so it can temporarily lag behind: it may still include fans who no longer match the rules or be missing new ones.

For working in chats, pin the original. Find it under “Smart Lists” and click the pin button next to its name. You can unpin the copy to avoid confusion — this won’t delete the list itself.

🔎 Find the media you need faster

In the attachment picker, you can now search captions, notes and hashtags added in AgencyKey. Caption search also includes OnlyFans captions, so you don’t have to remember where you labelled a file.

Use the extra filters to show media that hasn’t been published in posts, or media that hasn’t been sent to the current fan.

The sent-media check excludes OnlyFans mass messages and deleted messages. Files with unknown sending history are not included in the “Not sent” filter.

🎯 Smart Lists now include accounts your creator follows

You can now include not only fans in a Smart List, but also accounts the creator follows.

For each spending or chat filter, choose “Fans”, “Following”, or both.

For example, one list can combine:

• fans who have spent $50 or more;
• accounts the creator follows and hasn’t messaged in the last 7 days.

Each group uses its own conditions. Matching accounts are combined into one list without duplicates. To apply a condition to both groups, tick both boxes.

Open “Fan Lists”, select a creator, and create a new Smart List or edit an existing one.

📊 Your Dashboard, your way

Recent updates have added more useful blocks to the Dashboard:

• team results — sales total, number of sales and PPV open rate;
• top creators by revenue;
• your agency’s AgencyKey balance and upcoming charges;
• how many creators have priority mailings set up and automated messages enabled.

Choose one period and the creators you need for charts, top creators and team results — no need to configure each block separately.

Arrange the page to suit your workflow: drag blocks, resize them and hide what you don’t need. Restore hidden blocks with “Add block”. Your layout is saved to your account and doesn’t change your teammates’ Dashboards.

Available blocks depend on your permissions.

🚫 Restrict a fan without opening the conversation

Right-click a fan in the chat list and choose “Restrict” — no need to open their conversation or profile.

The chat will display a restriction indicator. To undo it, open the same menu and choose “Unrestrict”.

🔐 Access: available to team members with permission to restrict fans.
