🔗 Shared reports — share analytics without giving access to the CRM
AgencyKey now lets you create a report from selected tracking and trial links. You can combine both source types in one report, choose which metrics to include, and share the generated link — recipients can open it without signing in to AgencyKey.
You control what recipients see: hide source names, keep source links available, and set an expiration date. Every change appears in the preview immediately.
Reports contain aggregated analytics only — individual fan data is not disclosed.
🔐 Access: creating a report requires Shared Reports → Full Access and Manage Reports → Create. These permissions are granted by default only to Owner and Admin; review custom roles and enable them when needed. Report recipients still do not need CRM access.

⌨️ Natural typing simulation in AgencyKey
Long prepared replies no longer appear instantly. AgencyKey calculates a natural delay based on the message length while the fan sees “typing…”.
The feature works with any text, not only scripts. Team members see a countdown, can cancel the send, and the text returns to the input field.
If someone starts typing manually and then inserts a prepared script, the time already spent typing is counted — AgencyKey adds only the remaining delay.
Enable it separately for each creator and choose a typing speed. Mass messages are sent without simulation.
🔐 Access: team members need the Humanized Typing permission to change this setting. It is granted by default to Owner, Admin, and Team Leader. Once enabled, the feature works for every chatter assigned to the creator — they do not need this permission themselves.

🔄 Cross-subscriptions — measure each source across the whole agency
AgencyKey tracking and trial links now show which fans later subscribed to other agency creators and how much they spent there.
The By models view includes subscription count and share, cross-revenue, and average revenue per subscriber. Expand any creator to see individual fans, subscription dates, and spending.
The By fans tab brings every cross-subscribed fan into one searchable list with a target-creator filter.
🔐 Access: the creator breakdown requires Section View for Tracking Links or Trial Links. The By fans tab and individual fan rows additionally require View Details in the corresponding section. Trial-link data also requires access to the selected creator account’s statistics. These permissions are granted by default to Owner and Admin.

🎯 Measure traffic performance more accurately
In AgencyKey, promotion spend can now be entered as a fixed total or as a cost per subscriber. In per-subscriber mode, total spend is calculated automatically from the actual number of subscriptions.
To evaluate source quality, switch the calculation between all subscribers and unique fans who had never subscribed to the creator before. This prevents repeat subscriptions from distorting conversion, acquisition cost, revenue, profit, ROI, and average revenue.
All metrics update immediately when the mode changes.
🔐 Access: these metrics require Tracking Links → Section View, granted by default to Owner and Admin.

⛓ Message chains — multiple scenarios in one campaign
You can now create multiple message chains in a single AgencyKey campaign. Each chain can contain several messages sent in sequence, with custom delays between follow-ups.
When multiple chains are available, AgencyKey randomly assigns one to each fan. Every chain has an equal chance, so you can run different conversation flows within the same campaign.
You can duplicate and adapt an existing chain, use the Aa button to format message text, and review every chain, message, and delay before launch.

🔐 New team access controls
AgencyKey now makes it easier to separate data visibility from actions that can move money, modify account content, or change settings for the whole team.
💸 Payouts — team members can keep access to balances and statements while payout requests, automatic payout frequency, and the Payout Requests tab remain restricted. Among standard roles, this permission is granted by default only to Owner and Admin.
📁 CRM Vault — access to this page no longer depends on access to the Vault in the creator workspace. Viewing, editing, and deleting media can be configured separately. By default, all standard roles can view the page within their creator scope, while only Owner and Admin can edit or delete media. Configure these permissions separately for custom roles.
📥 Data Migration — Vault import and export now respect both Data Migration permissions and access to the CRM Vault itself. By default, Owner and Admin can import and export, while Team Leader can import only. Working with Vault data also requires access to the CRM Vault page.
⌨️ Typing simulation — a separate permission controls who can enable the feature and change its speed for a creator. It is available by default to Owner, Admin, and Team Leader. Once enabled, the setting applies to every chatter working with that creator — they do not need this permission themselves.
Actions unavailable to a team member are now hidden from the interface.
Most access was carried over from the previous settings, but we recommend reviewing custom roles.

🔔 AgencyKey system notifications — all in one place
AgencyKey now has a dedicated notification center for important events inside the CRM. These are separate from fan messages: the system notifies you when a creator-account session expires, a password changes, someone signs up through an invitation, a team member deletes their account, or a shift or task is assigned.
The bell in the top bar shows the unread count and your latest events.
On the full notifications page, you can view all, unread, or read notifications, mark everything as read, and delete items you no longer need. If an event relates to a specific AgencyKey section, you can open it directly from the notification. The link is shown only to team members who have access to that section.
System notifications and their sound can be configured separately.

🔕 Mute now disables sound — after muting notifications in a chat, sounds for messages, tips, purchases, and subscriptions from that fan no longer play. The notifications themselves remain visible.
🪟 More workspace in AgencyKey on Windows — the separate menu bar has been removed, leaving more vertical space for the interface. The full app menu now opens from a compact button on the left, while the native window controls remain on the right.

⚡ Improvements to analytics, chats, and campaigns
📈 Shared reports — you can now select a traffic period: today, yesterday, the last 7 days, or the last 30 days. Clicks, subscriptions, and conversion follow the selected dates, while cost, revenue, profit, and ROI remain all-time figures.
Each source and the total row now have a timeline with either a shared or individual scale. The table is more compact, includes totals, and works better on mobile and in print. PDF uses the selected period, while CSV and Excel remain all-time exports.
🧩 Scenario order — scenarios in the Scripts & Scenarios panel inside a chat can now be rearranged by dragging. The new order is saved for the whole team.
🔁 Repeat a campaign — when creating a new message from a previous campaign’s statistics, AgencyKey waits for the source message to load completely and automatically fills the composer with its text, price, media, free previews, release forms, and GIF. If loading does not complete, the previous draft is restored.
📚 Creator workspace sidebar — expand it to see section labels or collapse it to icons. It also collapses automatically in a narrow window. Team members see only the sections they can access.
⏱ Priority-campaign rate — the interface now shows the creator’s effective rate and allowed maximum received from the server. All priority campaigns for the same creator share one limit, with an estimated time for sending 1,000 messages shown alongside it.

📊 Analytics
ARPU per paying fan — Tracking Links now divide revenue only by the number of buyers. “All” includes every paying subscriber, while “Unique” includes only paying first-time subscribers. You can also add the metric to a shared report and CSV export.
PPV payments in chats — the metric now includes only PPVs that chatters sent directly to fans in one-to-one conversations. Mass campaigns are excluded from the calculation, and a paid-to-sent PPV ratio is shown alongside it.
💬 Chats
Jump to the original message — a “View message” button now appears below replies. AgencyKey loads more history when needed, scrolls to the original message, and highlights it.
Sending from scenarios — after you click “Send,” a loading indicator and the outgoing message appear immediately, so it is clear that sending has already started.
