🚀 What's new in version 2026.7.6

📣 Clearer campaigns — the table now separates delivery from message deletion and makes statuses, launch, stop, and results easier to understand. Deletion clearly shows the platform’s 24-hour limit, deleted, purchased, and remaining messages, error details, and an option to retry the rest

📊 Complete Shift History exports — XLSX files are prepared in the background without the old 50-row limit and support longer date ranges. You'll be notified when the file is ready; sorting, row loading, and incomplete-data warnings are also improved

🎯 New Smart List filters — segment fans by their highest spend with one creator and by subscription source: selected, tracking, or trial links, as well as no link

🎧 More audio details in Vault — edit descriptions and hashtags for audio files and see duration and activity details directly on the card

💬 More reliable messages and attachments — supported audio files now work with drag-and-drop and clipboard paste, while unsupported formats show a clear dialog. We also fixed rare cases involving stale attachments after restart, duplicate sends, and drafts being cleared after a failed send

Faster sign-in — the login screen loads much sooner, especially on slower devices and connections

🧹 Small improvements — opening Priority Mailing selects the current creator automatically; estimated message counts use a ~ prefix; the “Broke” fan status is now called “Non-paying”

🚀 What's new in version 2026.7.8

🎯 Source filter in Tracking Links — you can now show links from a specific source or select “No source”. We also added source search and a quick way to clear the filter

🔄 Clearer Smart List sync — the table now shows how many fans were actually exported out of the planned total, live progress, and sync status. If some accounts are skipped during sync or an error occurs, you'll see the reason and the system will retry automatically

📨 Up to 50,000 fans per priority mailing — the form and hints now show the current limit and allow up to 50,000 recipients

↔️ Resizable Insights panel — drag the right-hand panel in a chat to adjust its width. Your chosen size is remembered

🌐 Translations preserve the original capitalization — a new setting keeps uppercase and lowercase patterns from the source message so translations look more natural

🔔 Notifications are visible on creator avatars — a separate creator-account notification counter now appears next to the unread message counter

💬 More reliable message, script, and media sending — fixed rare duplicate sends, lost drafts after errors, and the Vault button getting stuck after an interrupted upload

🧹 Small improvements — chat search now has a quick clear button when nothing is found, and list icons have a calmer visual style

🚀 What's new in version 2026.7.11

🔔 Configurable notification sounds — choose separate sounds for new messages, tips, PPV purchases, new subscribers, and renewals. You can set the volume and sound for each event, preview the options, or disable sounds you don't need. Sounds work for creators whose tabs are open in the app

💬 Clearer chat previews — incoming and outgoing messages, read and unread states, media-only messages, muted notifications, and unavailable chats are now easier to distinguish

🌐 Clearer network settings — connection checks now start automatically, response speed is shown as Fast, Normal, or Slow, and clear explanations appear when a switch fails or a custom proxy is enabled

🔐 More reliable creator-account sign-in — fixed account connection for creators who have passwordless passkey sign-in enabled

🖼️ Media previews restored — images and videos in Vault and galleries now open correctly again

🚀 What's new in version 2026.7.13

📨 Easier mailing setup — we reworked the entire form: message type selection, composer, audience, rules, scheduling, limits, and sending speed. Settings are grouped more clearly, with improved hints and a warning when a paid message contains free media

🏷️ Active mailing filters stay visible — selected statuses, dates, employees, price, and sent-count filters now appear as chips above the table. Any filter can be removed with one click

📊 Clearer mailing results — purchases, conversion, and revenue are combined into a single Result column. Mailings can be sorted by revenue directly from it

💳 Billing is now open — the section now shows the agency balance, creator subscriptions, and transaction history. We also added a blocked-creators counter, a low-balance warning, and manual data refresh

🔐 Access: by default, Billing is available only to Owner. For Admin and custom roles, the Section View permission must be enabled manually.

🔄 The app now relaunches correctly after closing — fixed a rare case where an invisible background process remained active and prevented the next launch

🚀 AgencyKey 2026.7.15 Update

📨 Mailings — open campaign details directly from the table and review the content, price, schedule, and settings before launch.

👥 Mailing audiences — a new column shows the estimated recipient count, included and excluded lists, and active conditions.

📝 Scripts & Scenarios — we updated the interface in both CRM and the creator workspace, improving editors, media handling, tags, steps, and response variants.

🎯 Smart Lists — the “Fan hasn’t spent in over N days” filter now includes fans who have never made a purchase.

🔄 Smart List sync — the confirmed exported-fan count no longer jumps while a list is updating, and live progress is shown separately.

🌐 Translations — long translations now scroll inside the panel, keeping the Insert and Send buttons visible.

🚀 AgencyKey 2026.7.19 Update

💬 More details in the chat list — view detailed fan spending, clearer subscription status, and easier-to-scan message dates. Open the fan’s profile from the avatar or copy the profile link directly from the row.

🕓 Consistent time across reports — the new Report Settings page lets agencies set one report time zone and week start for the whole team. These settings apply to Dashboard, Shift History, Tracking Links, and Trial Links.

📝 Scripts & Scenarios — save a sent message as a script directly from its menu. Search now works across all categories, and we fixed freezes when selecting a creator or opening the panel from a chat.

📤 More reliable message sending — messages in the same chat are sent in order, while in-progress messages remain visible until the send is confirmed.

🔔 Notifications — enable “Mark as read on open” and see fan subscription, spending, and PPV badges directly in notification rows.

🌐 Translations — inserted translations now preserve emoji and line breaks correctly. You can also explicitly choose “Send original.”

🖼️ Media Gallery — improved scrolling, added a visible scrollbar, and introduced a clear error state with a Retry button.

🚀 AgencyKey 2026.7.20 Update

📥 Split Inbox in Chats — divide a creator’s fan base between up to ten inboxes so multiple chatters can work on the same account without overlap. Each fan stays in one inbox until a manager moves them. Chatters can select one, multiple, or all inboxes, see unread conversations, and prioritize fans who have been waiting longest.

🗂️ Inbox management and distribution — create, rename, reorder, and close inboxes. Move one or multiple fans, fill a new inbox from a Smart List, or redistribute a selected audience evenly. Changes automatically appear for the whole team.

🔐 Access: team members with Messages access for the creator can select active inboxes. Managing inboxes, moving fans, and closing inboxes are controlled by three separate permissions granted by default to Owner, Admin, and Team Leader. Configure them separately for custom roles.

🔗 Shared reports — share analytics without giving access to the CRM

AgencyKey now lets you create a report from selected tracking and trial links. You can combine both source types in one report, choose which metrics to include, and share the generated link — recipients can open it without signing in to AgencyKey.

You control what recipients see: hide source names, keep source links available, and set an expiration date. Every change appears in the preview immediately.

Reports contain aggregated analytics only — individual fan data is not disclosed.

🔐 Access: creating a report requires Shared Reports → Full Access and Manage Reports → Create. These permissions are granted by default only to Owner and Admin; review custom roles and enable them when needed. Report recipients still do not need CRM access.

📊 Mailing summary — results across all creators in one view

AgencyKey now provides an agency-wide mailing summary. You no longer need to open each creator separately to check what is scheduled or sending right now.

For the selected period, one table shows sends, purchases, conversion, revenue, and errors. Switch between Today, 7 days, 30 days, or All time.

Open any creator row to jump straight to their campaigns and detailed results.

🔐 Access: the summary requires Message Campaigns → Section View. It is granted by default to Owner, Admin, Team Leader, and Chatter. The summary includes only creators within the role’s data scope.

⌨️ Natural typing simulation in AgencyKey

Long prepared replies no longer appear instantly. AgencyKey calculates a natural delay based on the message length while the fan sees “typing…”.

The feature works with any text, not only scripts. Team members see a countdown, can cancel the send, and the text returns to the input field.

If someone starts typing manually and then inserts a prepared script, the time already spent typing is counted — AgencyKey adds only the remaining delay.

Enable it separately for each creator and choose a typing speed. Mass messages are sent without simulation.

🔐 Access: team members need the Humanized Typing permission to change this setting. It is granted by default to Owner, Admin, and Team Leader. Once enabled, the feature works for every chatter assigned to the creator — they do not need this permission themselves.

📍 Where to enable it: open a chat for the creator → Typing simulation

🔄 Cross-subscriptions — measure each source across the whole agency

AgencyKey tracking and trial links now show which fans later subscribed to other agency creators and how much they spent there.

The By models view includes subscription count and share, cross-revenue, and average revenue per subscriber. Expand any creator to see individual fans, subscription dates, and spending.

The By fans tab brings every cross-subscribed fan into one searchable list with a target-creator filter.

🔐 Access: the creator breakdown requires Section View for Tracking Links or Trial Links. The By fans tab and individual fan rows additionally require View Details in the corresponding section. Trial-link data also requires access to the selected creator account’s statistics. These permissions are granted by default to Owner and Admin.

📍 Where to find it: Analytics → Tracking Links or Trial Links → click a value in the Cross Subs column

🎯 Measure traffic performance more accurately

In AgencyKey, promotion spend can now be entered as a fixed total or as a cost per subscriber. In per-subscriber mode, total spend is calculated automatically from the actual number of subscriptions.

To evaluate source quality, switch the calculation between all subscribers and unique fans who had never subscribed to the creator before. This prevents repeat subscriptions from distorting conversion, acquisition cost, revenue, profit, ROI, and average revenue.

All metrics update immediately when the mode changes.

🔐 Access: these metrics require Tracking Links → Section View, granted by default to Owner and Admin.

Message chains — multiple scenarios in one campaign

You can now create multiple message chains in a single AgencyKey campaign. Each chain can contain several messages sent in sequence, with custom delays between follow-ups.

When multiple chains are available, AgencyKey randomly assigns one to each fan. Every chain has an equal chance, so you can run different conversation flows within the same campaign.

You can duplicate and adapt an existing chain, use the Aa button to format message text, and review every chain, message, and delay before launch.

🔐 Access: Message Campaigns are available by default to Owner, Admin, Team Leader, and Chatter. For custom roles, Section View, Create, Edit, and Publish are configured separately.

🔔 Sale notifications — jump straight to the buyer

When a fan unlocks a paid message for any creator open in the current session, AgencyKey immediately shows a notification with a sound. The card includes the creator, buyer, and sale amount.

Select Open chat to switch to the right creator and continue the conversation. The notification stays on screen until the operator closes it after handling the sale.
🔥3
🔐 New team access controls

AgencyKey now makes it easier to separate data visibility from actions that can move money, modify account content, or change settings for the whole team.

💸 Payouts — team members can keep access to balances and statements while payout requests, automatic payout frequency, and the Payout Requests tab remain restricted. Among standard roles, this permission is granted by default only to Owner and Admin.

📁 CRM Vault — access to this page no longer depends on access to the Vault in the creator workspace. Viewing, editing, and deleting media can be configured separately. By default, all standard roles can view the page within their creator scope, while only Owner and Admin can edit or delete media. Configure these permissions separately for custom roles.

📥 Data Migration — Vault import and export now respect both Data Migration permissions and access to the CRM Vault itself. By default, Owner and Admin can import and export, while Team Leader can import only. Working with Vault data also requires access to the CRM Vault page.

⌨️ Typing simulation — a separate permission controls who can enable the feature and change its speed for a creator. It is available by default to Owner, Admin, and Team Leader. Once enabled, the setting applies to every chatter working with that creator — they do not need this permission themselves.

Actions unavailable to a team member are now hidden from the interface.

Most access was carried over from the previous settings, but we recommend reviewing custom roles.

🔔 AgencyKey system notifications — all in one place

AgencyKey now has a dedicated notification center for important events inside the CRM. These are separate from fan messages: the system notifies you when a creator-account session expires, a password changes, someone signs up through an invitation, a team member deletes their account, or a shift or task is assigned.

The bell in the top bar shows the unread count and your latest events.

On the full notifications page, you can view all, unread, or read notifications, mark everything as read, and delete items you no longer need. If an event relates to a specific AgencyKey section, you can open it directly from the notification. The link is shown only to team members who have access to that section.

System notifications and their sound can be configured separately.

📍 Where to find it: the bell in the AgencyKey top bar

🔑 Personal Public API keys

AgencyKey now has a complete section for managing personal Public API keys.

You can set an expiration date when creating a key. Its full value is shown only once, so copy and save it immediately. You can later reissue, revoke, or delete the key.

Each key uses its owner’s current permissions and creator access. It does not provide any additional access to data, and team members can see only their own keys.

🔐 Access: the section is available by default to Owner and Admin. For custom roles, access to API keys and the Manage keys permission must be enabled manually.

Public API documentation is available on the same page.

Several improvements for everyday work

🖱 Open a chat in the background — middle-click a chat to open it in a new tab without leaving your current conversation.

⌨️ Send now — when typing simulation is enabled for a creator, you can end the active countdown early and send the message immediately. Other queued messages continue in the correct order.

🔕 Mute now disables sound — after muting notifications in a chat, sounds for messages, tips, purchases, and subscriptions from that fan no longer play. The notifications themselves remain visible.

🪟 More workspace in AgencyKey on Windows — the separate menu bar has been removed, leaving more vertical space for the interface. The full app menu now opens from a compact button on the left, while the native window controls remain on the right.

⚙️ Customize your chat list

You can now choose the chat list density in AgencyKey and set separate colors for unread messages, chat highlights, and notifications.

Chat cards let you choose which names to display, how many preview lines to show, and which metrics to keep visible — subscription status, PPV payment history, and spending. Hide anything you don’t need and bring it back at any time — changes appear instantly in the chat list.

🧭 Flexible navigation in the desktop app

In AgencyKey, the menu of creators available to you can sit on the left or across the top. In the top layout, creators appear in one row with names and unread message and notification counts.

The creator workspace has four layout options: Left, Center, Right, and Full width.

Open CRM and chat tabs can be pinned from their context menu. Pinned tabs become compact and move to the start of the tab strip, keeping important sections and conversations close at hand.

Improvements to analytics, chats, and campaigns

📈 Shared reports — you can now select a traffic period: today, yesterday, the last 7 days, or the last 30 days. Clicks, subscriptions, and conversion follow the selected dates, while cost, revenue, profit, and ROI remain all-time figures.

Each source and the total row now have a timeline with either a shared or individual scale. The table is more compact, includes totals, and works better on mobile and in print. PDF uses the selected period, while CSV and Excel remain all-time exports.

🧩 Scenario order — scenarios in the Scripts & Scenarios panel inside a chat can now be rearranged by dragging. The new order is saved for the whole team.

🔁 Repeat a campaign — when creating a new message from a previous campaign’s statistics, AgencyKey waits for the source message to load completely and automatically fills the composer with its text, price, media, free previews, release forms, and GIF. If loading does not complete, the previous draft is restored.

📚 Creator workspace sidebar — expand it to see section labels or collapse it to icons. It also collapses automatically in a narrow window. Team members see only the sections they can access.

Priority-campaign rate — the interface now shows the creator’s effective rate and allowed maximum received from the server. All priority campaigns for the same creator share one limit, with an estimated time for sending 1,000 messages shown alongside it.
