🔔 Sales notifications — now in Telegram

Get notified about paid message and post purchases, as well as tips, in Telegram. Notifications cover all models you have access to — no need to keep AgencyKey open.

Go to Settings → Notifications, click the gear in the Telegram column header, and connect the bot. Then enable the events you want in that column: Tip and PPV unlocked.

We’ve also simplified notification settings inside the CRM: use the gears in the corresponding column headers to adjust the overall sound volume, pop-up position, and auto-hide delay.

🔐 Separate access to payout history

You can now choose who can view payout-request history separately. For example, let an employee check a creator’s payouts without permission to withdraw money or change the automatic payout schedule.

If an employee only needs balances and earnings, payout history can remain hidden.

📍 Employees → Roles & Permissions → choose a role → OnlyFans Manager → Statements → “View payout requests”.

📨 Easier setup for welcome messages and message chains

Subscriber welcomes now have an “All new subscribers” option — no recipient list needed. To welcome only part of your audience, use selected lists. Exclusions and additional conditions apply in both modes.

For recurring automated messages, “Randomly” and “In order” are now next to the chains. A hint explains the sending order for each fan, and each chain shows its message count.

Activation, delay and limit settings are clearer too: the time the automation is activated is separate from the delay after an event, and labels clarify what each limit applies to — recipients or chain starts.

📍 Automation → Mass Messages → choose a creator → New Message.

📦 Transfer a creator’s data in one archive

When a creator moves from one AgencyKey agency to another, there’s no need to rebuild their setup. Select the data you need, download one archive and upload it in the other agency for the same OnlyFans account.

The archive can include fan notes, scripts and scenarios, Smart Lists, mailings, media captions and tags, inbox folders and creator details. Photos and videos aren’t included — their links are preserved.

Before importing, you can see what will be transferred. Mailings are added as drafts, and Smart List sync with OnlyFans stays off — you decide when to activate them.

📍 Automation → Data Migration → Archive.

🔐 Import and export are configured separately for each data type in Roles & Permissions. Permissions for the new archive sections need to be enabled.

🎯 Smart Lists for fans whose subscriptions have expired

You can now select “Expired” in a Smart List’s subscription conditions and specify how long ago the subscription ended — for example, 3 to 7 days ago.

Build an audience of former subscribers to reconnect with or prepare a mailing for. Combine this condition with other filters — for example, include only fans who have already spent money with the creator.

📍 Automation → Fan Lists → choose a creator → create or open a Smart List → Subscription → Expired.

🔐 Requires permission to create or edit Smart Lists.

📌 Pinned Smart Lists are now shared with your team

Pin the Smart Lists you need above a creator’s chat list once. They’ll appear for teammates who have access to that creator and their lists, and in your other windows.

Unpinning is shared too: the list disappears from pinned tabs for the whole team. Your selected tab stays personal — switching lists doesn’t change what teammates are viewing.

After updating, pin the Smart Lists you need again: old device-local pins aren’t transferred.

📍 Chats → list menu → pin button next to a Smart List.

🔐 Changing pins requires the “Pin and unpin Smart Lists” permission. You don’t need that permission to open an already pinned list.

🔔 Task notifications in Telegram

Get notified about new assignments, comments, completed tasks and reopened tasks — even when AgencyKey is closed.

Notifications cover tasks you created or are assigned to. Your own actions aren’t repeated, and the button in each notification opens the task in AgencyKey.

📍 Settings → Notifications. Connect the bot using the gear next to Telegram, then enable the events you want under Tasks. They’re off by default.

🔐 Available to employees with permission to view tasks.

🤖 AgencyKey AI — less routine work, more results

Previously, working with AgencyKey data through AI meant connecting Claude or ChatGPT via MCP. Now the agent is built into the CRM — no separate connection or paid subscription to another AI service required.

We’ve put it in the main navigation because we see it as an everyday tool for agency owners, managers and administrators. It can help you analyze data, configure the CRM, understand employee permissions and handle tasks that usually take a lot of manual work.

For example:

— “Review yesterday’s chatter shift: where did we miss a sale, and what could we improve? Show examples from the conversations.”
— “Find fans who have spent over $500 and haven’t received attention lately. Who should we contact first?”
— “Prepare a system of scripts and branching flows for free and paid creator accounts. Show me the plan first, then save it in the CRM once I approve.”
— “Help me configure a manager role: ask what they need to do and suggest the right permissions.”

Ready-made task examples are available inside. Refine your request and continue working in the same conversation. By default, the agent asks for confirmation before making changes.

🧪 Still in beta: the agent is being improved and can make mistakes — check its conclusions and proposed actions. It is currently free to use, with a daily limit. If you need more, you can use your own Claude or ChatGPT through MCP. That option will always remain available.

📍 Open AI agent in the main navigation or click the blue AI button at the bottom right. Select AgencyKey AI.

🔐 Employee access: Employees → Roles and Permissions → select a role → Creators → “Connect AI Assistant via MCP” → “Connect”.

The “OnlyFans Data” permission gives the agent access to conversations, purchases and other data for accessible creators, even when the corresponding CRM sections are hidden from the employee. Grant it carefully. Changes in the CRM require the relevant action permissions.

🎞 Easier media previews before sending

Previews in the attachment picker are now larger. Take a closer look at a photo without opening a separate window. For videos, move your mouse over the frames to find the moment you need and open the clip from there.

In the viewer, use the arrows to switch between adjacent files without returning to the grid. You can also sort media by the number of buyers.

The updated picker is used when selecting media for messages, scripts and mass messages.

🚫 Blocked fans — right in the chat list

You can now block fans without opening the conversation: hover over a chat and click the three dots on the right, or right-click the chat, then choose “Block”. AgencyKey will ask you to confirm first.

Everyone the creator has blocked is shown in a separate “Blocked” tab. From there, you can bring a fan back with “Unblock” and pin the tab itself.

Chat rows now also show why a fan can’t be messaged: blocked, restricted, deleted or unavailable in their region.

⚠️ When you block a fan, OnlyFans deletes the current conversation. After unblocking, the chat reappears once the fan starts a new conversation.

📍 Chats → three dots on a chat or right-click → “Block”.

🔐 Requires the “Block” permission (Basic OnlyFans Functionality). All standard roles have it by default.

🎯 Keep your chat list focused

The Hide menu now has three new filters:

• Fan is no longer subscribed.
• Inactive users — accounts marked as inactive by OnlyFans.
• Restricted — users with an OnlyFans restriction.

Turn on the filters you need individually. The chats will disappear from the list, but your conversation history will not be deleted. Available in both embedded and separate chats.

📍 Filter button above the chat list → Hide.

💬 Automated messages won’t interrupt a live conversation

Mass messages and automated messages now have an “Exclude chats with unread messages from the fan” option. If a fan has written and their messages are still unread, the chain won’t start for them, so the campaign doesn’t cut into the conversation.

AgencyKey checks the chat right before the first message in the chain. Later messages in that chain aren’t checked again. A skipped fan isn’t dropped for good: the chat is checked again on the next audience pass or a new automated trigger.

Campaign details show how many unique fans were skipped. If some chats couldn’t be checked, you’ll see a warning there, and those fans don’t receive the message.

The setting is off by default and stays with the campaign when you edit or duplicate it.

📍 Automation → Mass Messages → choose a creator → New Message or an existing campaign → Additional exclusions.

↕️ Put Scripts in the order your team uses

You can now set the order of Scripts right in the CRM: in the Scripts table, drag a row by the handle on the left and drop it higher or lower.

The order is shared by the whole team. Chatters see Scripts in the same sequence in the Scripts panel in the chat. If you drag a Script inside that panel, the CRM order updates too.

You can move rows within the open page. To move a Script further, show more rows per page or pick a tag first. While search, a price filter or column sorting is on, the handle is disabled.

📍 Automation → Scripts → choose a creator → the ⋮⋮ handle on the left of a row.

🔐 Requires the “Edit” permission under “Manage Scripts” (Roles & Permissions → Automation → Scripts).

🟢 “Fan comes online” now includes fans who are already online

When you activate a “Fan comes online” automation, it now immediately picks fans from your selected lists who are already online — no need to wait for them to go offline and come back. After that, it keeps reacting to every new online event, as before.

The first message is sent after the queue and any delay, and only if the fan is still online. Fans who have gone offline are skipped and can get the message on a later online event. Lists, exclusions and sending rules still apply.

The option is on by default for new automations — you can turn it off with the switch.

📍 Automation → Mass Messages → choose a creator → “New Message” → “Fan comes online” → “Also include fans who are online at activation”.

🔁 Auto-Follow for expired subscribers

Your models can now automatically follow fans whose subscriptions have ended — to win them back. Turn on Auto-Follow for the models you need: AgencyKey gradually works through fans whose subscriptions have already ended, then keeps following new ones as subscriptions expire.

Before each follow, AgencyKey checks that it’s free. Paid, blocked, restricted and already-followed accounts are skipped. If you turn Auto-Follow off, new follows stop, and existing ones stay.

Enable it for one model or several at once — up to 1,000 per operation. A model’s history shows every fan, the result, their spend before the follow, returned fans and 30-day revenue.

📍 Automation → Auto-Follow.

🔐 Requires the “View section” and “Edit” permissions (Automation → Auto-Follow). Owner and Admin have them by default; other roles need to be granted access.

📥 Download Vault media to your computer

Save files from the Vault right in AgencyKey. For a single file, click the arrow on its card, table row or details window. For a whole set, select the media you need and click “Download N of M”: AgencyKey shows the total size up front, so all that’s left is to choose a folder.

Download progress shows in the Vault header, where you can also cancel it. You can keep working in other sections while files are saved. If some files don’t download, the summary offers “Download remaining”, and files you already saved are never overwritten.

Protected (DRM) media can’t be downloaded — they can only be watched in the player.

📍 Automation → Vault → the arrow on a media item, or “Download N of M” for a selection.

🔐 Requires the “Download media” permission: Employees → Roles & Permissions → a role → Automation → Vault. By default, only the Owner and Admin roles have it.

📊 Dashboard: who is growing and who is slipping

Dashboard rankings now show more than just the leaders.

• Revenue — see what it is made of right next to the chart: PPV, tips, subscriptions and other.
• Top models by revenue — Growth and Decline tabs with the change in dollars and percent versus the previous period.
• Top models by subscriptions — the same ranking by subscription events, including renewals.
• Top chatters — sales amount, growth, decline, messages and PPV open %.
• Rankings are no longer cut off at ten.
• The funnel button next to the Creators field selects creators by group or tag in one click.

📍 Dashboard → Top models and Top chatters.

🔐 Model rankings require access to Creator Analytics; Top chatters requires Employee Analytics access to the entire agency or a group and its subgroups.

🌐 Send translations in one step

Type your message in your own language and click “Translate and send” — the fan gets the translation right away, with no waiting and no second button.

Want to check it first? The translation appears below the source. Edit it by hand: your changes stay even if you change the source or the settings — the translation is only marked as changed. It is also kept if sending fails or you cancel it.

The translation field is a full editor: it picks up the formatting of the source, and you can change the translation’s size, color and style separately. Scheduled messages go out with the same look.

Show the translation below the source or in a floating panel with “Send” and “Insert”.

📍 Chat → translate icon above the message field → “Before sending”.

🔐 Requires the “Translate While Typing” permission (OnlyFans Manager → Messages → Additional Chat Features).

📊 All-time clicks and subscriptions in shared reports

Shared reports now show all-time clicks and subscriptions for every link, right next to the results for the selected period. This makes it easy to compare recent performance with the full history. Trial links show activations, and the Total row adds up all links.

You can now compare with any period: a single day or a custom range, including dates earlier than the last 30 days. The selected dates are saved in the link, and the PDF follows the same period.

📍 The “All time” block in a shared report table. Dates are chosen in the “Traffic period” field. Reports are created under Analytics → Shared reports.
