🎯 Smart Lists now include accounts your creator follows
You can now include not only fans in a Smart List, but also accounts the creator follows.
For each spending or chat filter, choose “Fans”, “Following”, or both.
For example, one list can combine:
• fans who have spent $50 or more;
• accounts the creator follows and hasn’t messaged in the last 7 days.
Each group uses its own conditions. Matching accounts are combined into one list without duplicates. To apply a condition to both groups, tick both boxes.
Open “Fan Lists”, select a creator, and create a new Smart List or edit an existing one.

📊 Your Dashboard, your way
Recent updates have added more useful blocks to the Dashboard:
• team results — sales total, number of sales and PPV open rate;
• top creators by revenue;
• your agency’s AgencyKey balance and upcoming charges;
• how many creators have priority mailings set up and automated messages enabled.
Choose one period and the creators you need for charts, top creators and team results — no need to configure each block separately.
Arrange the page to suit your workflow: drag blocks, resize them and hide what you don’t need. Restore hidden blocks with “Add block”. Your layout is saved to your account and doesn’t change your teammates’ Dashboards.
Available blocks depend on your permissions.

📋 Assign tasks to your team in AgencyKey
Create tasks for yourself or teammates: choose an assignee, set a deadline and priority, and describe what needs to be done.
Link a task to a creator, or create one for a specific fan directly from the conversation. For example, ask a teammate to pick media that matches the fan’s request.
Update the status as work progresses and discuss details in the comments. Filter tasks by assignee, creator, status and deadline.
📍 Where to find it: open the task panel above the chat list or with the button above the message input. The second option opens the current fan’s tab — tasks created there are linked to that fan. The full section is under Employees → Tasks.
🔐 Access: permissions to view, create, edit and delete tasks are configured in role settings.

🔔 Sales notifications — now in Telegram
Get notified about paid message and post purchases, as well as tips, in Telegram. Notifications cover all models you have access to — no need to keep AgencyKey open.
Go to Settings → Notifications, click the gear in the Telegram column header, and connect the bot. Then enable the events you want in that column: Tip and PPV unlocked.
We’ve also simplified notification settings inside the CRM: use the gears in the corresponding column headers to adjust the overall sound volume, pop-up position, and auto-hide delay.

🔐 Separate access to payout history
You can now choose who can view payout-request history separately. For example, let an employee check a creator’s payouts without permission to withdraw money or change the automatic payout schedule.
If an employee only needs balances and earnings, payout history can remain hidden.
📍 Employees → Roles & Permissions → choose a role → OnlyFans Manager → Statements → “View payout requests”.

📨 Easier setup for welcome messages and message chains
Subscriber welcomes now have an “All new subscribers” option — no recipient list needed. To welcome only part of your audience, use selected lists. Exclusions and additional conditions apply in both modes.
For recurring automated messages, “Randomly” and “In order” are now next to the chains. A hint explains the sending order for each fan, and each chain shows its message count.
Activation, delay and limit settings are clearer too: the time the automation is activated is separate from the delay after an event, and labels clarify what each limit applies to — recipients or chain starts.
📍 Automation → Mass Messages → choose a creator → New Message.

📦 Transfer a creator’s data in one archive
When a creator moves from one AgencyKey agency to another, there’s no need to rebuild their setup. Select the data you need, download one archive and upload it in the other agency for the same OnlyFans account.
The archive can include fan notes, scripts and scenarios, Smart Lists, mailings, media captions and tags, inbox folders and creator details. Photos and videos aren’t included — their links are preserved.
Before importing, you can see what will be transferred. Mailings are added as drafts, and Smart List sync with OnlyFans stays off — you decide when to activate them.
📍 Automation → Data Migration → Archive.
🔐 Import and export are configured separately for each data type in Roles & Permissions. Permissions for the new archive sections need to be enabled.

Pin the Smart Lists you need above a creator’s chat list once. They’ll appear for teammates who have access to that creator and their lists, and in your other windows.
Unpinning is shared too: the list disappears from pinned tabs for the whole team. Your selected tab stays personal — switching lists doesn’t change what teammates are viewing.
After updating, pin the Smart Lists you need again: old device-local pins aren’t transferred.
📍 Chats → list menu → pin button next to a Smart List.

🤖 AgencyKey AI — less routine work, more results
Previously, working with AgencyKey data through AI meant connecting Claude or ChatGPT via MCP. Now the agent is built into the CRM — no separate connection or paid subscription to another AI service required.
We’ve put it in the main navigation because we see it as an everyday tool for agency owners, managers and administrators. It can help you analyze data, configure the CRM, understand employee permissions and handle tasks that usually take a lot of manual work.
For example:
— “Review yesterday’s chatter shift: where did we miss a sale, and what could we improve? Show examples from the conversations.”
— “Find fans who have spent over $500 and haven’t received attention lately. Who should we contact first?”
— “Prepare a system of scripts and branching flows for free and paid creator accounts. Show me the plan first, then save it in the CRM once I approve.”
— “Help me configure a manager role: ask what they need to do and suggest the right permissions.”
Ready-made task examples are available inside. Refine your request and continue working in the same conversation. By default, the agent asks for confirmation before making changes.
🧪 Still in beta: the agent is being improved and can make mistakes — check its conclusions and proposed actions. It is currently free to use, with a daily limit. If you need more, you can use your own Claude or ChatGPT through MCP. That option will always remain available.
📍 Open AI agent in the main navigation or click the blue AI button at the bottom right. Select AgencyKey AI.
🔐 Employee access: Employees → Roles and Permissions → select a role → Creators → “Connect AI Assistant via MCP” → “Connect”.
The “OnlyFans Data” permission gives the agent access to conversations, purchases and other data for accessible creators, even when the corresponding CRM sections are hidden from the employee. Grant it carefully. Changes in the CRM require the relevant action permissions.

🚫 Blocked fans — right in the chat list
You can now block fans without opening the conversation: hover over a chat and click the three dots on the right, or right-click the chat, then choose “Block”. AgencyKey will ask you to confirm first.
Everyone the creator has blocked is shown in a separate “Blocked” tab. From there, you can bring a fan back with “Unblock” and pin the tab itself.
Chat rows now also show why a fan can’t be messaged: blocked, restricted, deleted or unavailable in their region.
⚠️ When you block a fan, OnlyFans deletes the current conversation. After unblocking, the chat reappears once the fan starts a new conversation.
📍 Chats → three dots on a chat or right-click → “Block”.

💬 Automated messages won’t interrupt a live conversation
Mass messages and automated messages now have an “Exclude chats with unread messages from the fan” option. If a fan has written and their messages are still unread, the chain won’t start for them, so the campaign doesn’t cut into the conversation.
AgencyKey checks the chat right before the first message in the chain. Later messages in that chain aren’t checked again. A skipped fan isn’t dropped for good: the chat is checked again on the next audience pass or a new automated trigger.
Campaign details show how many unique fans were skipped. If some chats couldn’t be checked, you’ll see a warning there, and those fans don’t receive the message.
The setting is off by default and stays with the campaign when you edit or duplicate it.
📍 Automation → Mass Messages → choose a creator → New Message or an existing campaign → Additional exclusions.

🟢 “Fan comes online” now includes fans who are already online
When you activate a “Fan comes online” automation, it now immediately picks fans from your selected lists who are already online — no need to wait for them to go offline and come back. After that, it keeps reacting to every new online event, as before.
The first message is sent after the queue and any delay, and only if the fan is still online. Fans who have gone offline are skipped and can get the message on a later online event. Lists, exclusions and sending rules still apply.
The option is on by default for new automations — you can turn it off with the switch.
