Kali Linux Update Alert
Kali has announced that they lost access to the signing key of their repository, so they had to create a new one. The repo was frozen since Friday the 18th to avoid breaking updates โ but it's being unfrozen this week and now signed with the new key.
If you're seeing errors when running
To fix it, update the key manually-
After this, updates will work again.

sudo apt update, you're not alone.To fix it, update the key manually-
sudo wget https://archive.kali.org/archive-keyring.gpg -O /usr/share/keyrings/kali-archive-keyring.gpg
After this, updates will work again.
