A good book to read through and learn about, it will benefit your children very much.

Sometimes your child constantly crying or going into abnormal tantrums, the only solution to it is Ruqyah.

It is an important tool for every parent to have with them at-home!! Ponder over the following hadith:-

عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رضي الله عنها قَالَتْ : دَخَلَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَسَمِعَ صَوْتَ صَبِيٍّ يَبْكِي، فَقَالَ :
" مَا لِصَبِيِّكُمْ هَذَا يَبْكِي، هَلَّا اسْتَرْقَيْتُمْ لَهُ مِنَ الْعَيْنِ ؟ ".

On the authority of 'Ā'ishah (may Allāh be pleased with her) said: The Prophet ﷺ entered and heard the sound of a child crying, so he ﷺ said:
"Why is this child of yours crying? Should you not seek a remedy for him against the evil eye?"

[Reported by Imām Ahmad (24442) and authenticated by Al-Albāni in As-Silsilah As-Sahīhah (1048)


May Allāh protect us and our children.

As someone who is involved in teaching whether you are a teacher in a school or a parent in your home, we have moments where we search for a good curriculum, or we may even look into building one.

However, subhānAllāh, I have come to realise that the actual curriculum itself is not the priority. Rather, it is the connection you, O' Teacher, you O' parent have with your Lord.

The teacher with more piety receives better results than the teacher with less piety. As indeed, the best thing that rises to the heavens is Ikhlaas (sincerity), and the best thing that descends from the heavens is Tawfeeq (success).
And ponder over the following Hadith:-

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :
" إِنَّ اللَّهَ إِذَا أَحَبَّ عَبْدًا دَعَا جِبْرِيلَ،
فَقَالَ : إِنِّي أُحِبُّ فُلَانًا فَأَحِبَّهُ.قَالَ : فَيُحِبُّهُ جِبْرِيلُ،
ثُمَّ يُنَادِي فِي السَّمَاءِ، فَيَقُولُ : إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ فُلَانًا فَأَحِبُّوهُ. فَيُحِبُّهُ أَهْلُ السَّمَاءِ، قَالَ : ثُمَّ يُوضَعُ لَهُ الْقَبُولُ فِي الْأَرْضِ.
رواه مسلم

Narrated by Abu Huraira (may Allāh he pleased with him) : That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

"Indeed when Allah loves a servant, He calls Jibril and says: 'I love so-and-so, so love him.' Then Jibril loves him, and Jibril announces in the heavens, saying: 'Allah loves so-and-so, so love him.' Then the inhabitants of the heavens love him, and acceptance is placed for him on earth."

We had a discussion with our young students (7-10) year old about "why are you learning about your religion?"

And this was some of there answers.

We like to side track spontaneously sometimes and just discuss some matters like this, it gives them a chance to think about why they even attend these classes in the first place.


May Allāh place barakah in our beloved students and make us and them from the righteous.

Make sure you clarify to your child, why you want them to learn their deen... so it doesn't just become a heavy chore they need to fulfill just to please you.
