Add GoFile.io support by introducing user and bot settings for GoFile credentials, implementing GoFileUpload and GoFileStatus handlers, and integrating GoFile into the upload flow, settings UI, and status reporting.

New Features:

- Add GoFile as a new upload destination with corresponding settings in user and bot configuration
- Implement GoFileUpload class to handle file and folder uploads via the GoFile API
- Implement GoFileStatus class to track and report GoFile upload progress in status messages
- Integrate GoFile option into the settings UI, default upload logic, task listener, and status workflows
- Update help messages and configuration samples to include GoFile token and folder ID settings

Somehow it's a temporary fixed, 16bit only 24bit will also download as 16 bit
