አዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርስቲ ለ2013 ዓ.ም ለድህረ ምረቃ ትምህርት በቀን መርሃ ግብር ለሁለተኛ እና ለሶስተኛ ዲግሪ እንዲሁም በማታ መርሃ ግብር ለሁለተኛ ዲግሪ ለማስተማር ዝግጅቱን አጠናቋል፡፡

⚡️የትምህርት አሰጣጡ የኮቪድ-19 በሽታ ወረርሽኝ እስከሚሻሻል ድረስ በቨርቹዋል እና በኢለርኒግ የመማር ማስተማር መንገድ በተጨማሪም እንደ አስፈላጊነቱ በገጽ ለገጽ የሚካሄድ መሆኑን እያሳወቀ የሚከተሉትን በማሟላት ማመልከት እንደምትችሉ ያሳስባል፡፡

1. የማመልከቻ ፎርሙን በዩኒቨርስቲው ድረገጽ (portal.aau.edu.et) መሙላት

2. ከማመልከቻው ፎርም የሚያገኙትን የማመልከቻ ቁጥር (Application Number) በመያዝ ብር 200 /ሁለት መቶ/ ለመመዝገቢያ ብር 600 /ስድስት መቶ/ የመግቢያ ፈተና ለመውሰድ በኢትዮጲያ ንግድ ባንክ በሞባይል CBE ብር ወይም በወኪሎች ወይም በቅርንጫፍ አማካኝነት ክፍያ መፈጸም ያስፈልጋል (ክፍያ የሚፈጸምበትን የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ 2 አጭር ኮዶች ምዝገባው ከመጀመሩ በፊት በዩኒቨርሰቲው ድረ ገጽ እና በፌስቡክ እናሳውቃለን)፡፡

3. ክፍያዎትን ካጠናቀቁ በኋላ ወደ ማመልከቻ ፎርሙ በመመለስ ፒዲኤፍ (PDF) ፎርማት የተለወጠ የትምህርት ማስረጃዎትን፣ የወጪ መጋራት ሰነድዎትን$፣ እንዲሁም ለቀን መርሃ ግብር የትምህርት ወጪዎን /Sponsorship/ የሚሸፍንልዎት የመንግስት መስሪያ ቤት ከሆነ የተፈረመበትና ማህተም የተደረገበት ፎርም አስገብተው እና ሌሎች መረጃዎችን በማከል ምዝገባዎትን ማጠናቀቅ ይኖርብዎታል፡፡

4. የSponsorship ከዩኒቨርስቲው ድረ ገጽ (portal.aau.edu.et/ aau.edu.et) ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡

5. ለPhD አመልካቾች የ BA/BSc ዲግሪ/ጊዜያዊ ዲግሪ እና CGPA ያለው ትራንስክሪፕት እና የMA/MSC ዲግሪና ትራንስክሪፕት ማያያዝ ይጠበቅባችኋል፡፡

6. በተጨማሪም ለPhD አመልካቾች ትምህርት ክፍሉ የሚጠይቀውን ማያያዝ ይኖርብዎታል፡፡

7. ለMA/MSC አመልካቾች የ yBA/BSc ዲግሪ/ጊዜያዊ ዲግሪ እና CGPA ያለው ትራንስክሪፕት ማያያዝ ይጠበቅባችኋል፡፡

• ምዝገባው የሚከናወነው portal.aau.edu.et ብቻ ሲሆን ምንም አይነት ማስረጃ በአካል ይዞ በመቅረብ ማስገባት አይቻልም፡፡

Step 1.Begin by logging into the https://portal.aau.edu.et with your Username (ID No.) and password.
Step 2.Click on Registration ------> Course Registration ------> Upload Bank Receipt ------> Click on Submit
Step 3.Select Courses ------> Click on Submit. You will receive confirmation notice immediately.
Step 4.Click on Logout to close the application.

Attention:
1. If you have Dismissal or Probation Academic statuses or any other academic irregularities, you should communicate your department program coordinator/advisor or College Registrar before registration.

Announcement about Graduate Admission Test (GAT)
Updated for Paper and Pencil Testing (October 14, 2020)

About the Exam
• The Graduate Admission Test (GAT) is composed of three sections: Verbal Reasoning (60 questions), Quantitative Reasoning (40 questions) and Analytical Reasoning (25 questions).  The test lasts for three hours. Students with Visual impairment will work on the Verbal Reasoning Section only. Before starting your actual exam, you are required to fill out a brief survey questionnaire. The invigilator will not let you take the exam unless you complete the questionnaire. Your GAT result will be notified by the AAU’s portal.
• Note: The score on GAT is not the only requirement for admission to the graduate program.  Hence, after getting the pass score on the GAT, each candidate shall sit for department level testing.The GAT test score is valid for two years and acceptable for applying to more than one department.

About test takers with disabilities
• Test takers with visual impairment should bring their own personal aid (reader and writer) for testing. Candidates with hearing impairment will be provided with sign language interpreters. All test takers with visual and hearing impairment should report to the Institute of Educational Researcher,Testing Center (main campus near the Registrar) on the test date.
Responsibilities of GAT Test Takers
• Please identify your respective testing site ahead of time, preferably one day before the test date.
• You can bring your own calculator to the exam hall to do the Quantitative Section. However, you are not allowed to bring any calculator that has facilities of copying or sending /receiving information.
• You are required to produce valid identification document (e.g. passport, Kebele/Woreda ID card, driving license, employee ID card). No candidate shall be admitted to a testing hall unless he/she produces valid identification document, GAT-admission ticket and bank receipt showing the payment of 600 birr to take the GAT. Please refer to AAU’s website for information on how to generate the Admission Ticket. Covering the face is not allowed except using face masks. The test taker should uncover his/her face mask or other covering material during checking by the test supervisor.
• You are required to show your ID card to the gate keeping security staff at your respective testing site.  Please don’t leave your identification document at the gate as you need it for admission to the testing hall.
• Please show the print out your Admission Ticket during testing. Invigilators will check your Admission Ticket with your identification card and your personal details. Please place them on your desk ready for this validation process.
• Candidates should arrive at their respective testing site at 8:00 a.m. (in the morning). Test takers who are late will not be allowed to enter to the testing hall.
• After passing the check point at the gate of the test site, you need to proceed to the testing hall immediately. You will be provided information on the direction to the testing hall and the specific testing room.
• It is important that you should follow instructions given by the supervisors and invigilators of your test center.
• Candidates are required to wear face mask and carry pocket-size sanitizer.
• Any attempt of cheating on the exam, sharing answers with other, or copying the test materials using any form shall have serious legal consequences.
 
Materials prohibited in the testing hall
• Any electronic device including mobile phone, smart watches, camera, or other electric devices are strictly prohibited in the exam hall.  If such materials are brought to the testing hall, they need to be powered off and kept in personal bags at locations designated by the supervisor/invigilators. Mobile phones should be switched off and kept in bags or pockets.
• Books, handouts, pamphlets, scratch papers or any material in hard or soft copies are prohibited.
• Food and drinks are not allowed in the testing hall.

• The GAT paper and pencil test is schedule for Saturday October 17, 2020 (08:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m.) and is communicated through the AAU’s portal, website and Facebook page for room allocation.
• Test takers who are NOT scheduled for the October 17, 2020 GAT testing shall be considered for the second round which will be notified soon.

የኮቪድ-19 ወረርሽኝን መከላከል ታሳቢ የሚያደርግ የፈተና አሰጣጥ መመሪያ

የትምህርት ጥናትና ምርምር ተቋም ካሉት ኃላፊነቶች መካከል የተለያዩ አለም አቀፍ፣አገር አቀፍና ተቋማዊ ፈተናዎችን በመደበኛነት ማዘጋጀት እና/ወይም መፈተን መሆኑ ይታወቃል፡፡ የተፈታኞች ቁጥር አንዳንድ ጊዜ ከፍተኛ ስለሚሆን የተቋሙ ፈተና አገልግሎት በተለይም ኮቪድ-19 ወረርሽኝን በመከላከል ረገድ መመሪያ እንደሚያስፈልግ ታምኖበታል፡፡ በመሆኑም ይህ መመሪያ የሳይንስና ከፍተኛ ትምርት ሚኒስቴር ኮቪድ-19 ወረርሽኝ በትምህርት ስልጠና ተቋማት የትምህርትና ስልጠና ስራን ለመምራት ባወጠዉ መመሪያ ቁጥር 31/2013 መሰረት ተዘጋጅቷል፡፡ ስለዚህ የትምህርት ጥናትና ምርምር ተቋም ፈተና ማዕከል በዚህ መመሪያ የሚተዳደር ይሆናል፡፡ ተፈታኞችና የፈተና ማዕከል ሰራተኞች  የኮቪድ-19 ወረርሽኝ ለመከላከል የሚከተሉትን ተግባራት ማከናዎን ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
 
1ኛ) ሳኒታይዘር በግላቸዉ በመያዝ ፈተና አዳራሽ ሲገቡ፣ በፈተና ወቅትና ከፈተና በኋላ በመጠቀም ራሳቸዉን ከኮቪድ-19 ወረርሽኝ መጠበቅ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

2ኛ) ማንኛዉም ሰዉ ፈተና በሚሰጥበት ተቋም ሲገባ፣ ግቢዉ ዉስጥ ሲንቀሳቀስ፣ ፈተና አዳራሽ ሲገባና ፈተና ሲሰጥ የአፍና አፍንጫ ጭምብል መጠቀም ግዴታ አለበት፡፡

3ኛ) በፈተና አዳራሽ ዉስጥ የእያንዳንዱ ተፈታኝ መቀመጫ ከሌላዉ መቀመጫ ቢያንስ አንድ ሜትር ርቀት የጠበቀ መሆን አለበት፡፡

4ኛ)ተፈታኞች፣ፈታኞችና የፈተና ማዕከሉ ሰራተኞች ፈተና በሚሰጥበት ተቋም ግቢ ዉስጥ ሲንቀሳቀሱ ማህበራዊ/አካላዊ ርቀት መጠበቅ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

5ኛ) ተፈታኞች እርሳስ፣ላፒስ፣መቅረጫና ካልኩሌተር መዋዋስ በጥብቅ የተከለከለ ነዉ፡፡
