The first campaign will be campaign with highest CPM - it is 0.4 CPM now.
Then 0.35 and 0.25

1. User write to bot
2. We add this user's chat to Instant Database (once at 24 hours only)
3. After Instant broadcasting we remove this user's chat from Instant Database
4. User need to write again to bot in next 24 hours

And you can see this - CPM for Instant become higher in last day.
Because Instant become more effective then before.
How Instant work?
1. User write to bot
2. We add this user's chat to Instant Database (once at 24 hours only)
3. After Instant broadcasting we remove this user's chat from Instant Database
4. User need to write again to bot in next 24 hours

Now we remove user's chat from 24 hours from Instant Database also.
So we have only 24-hours active users chats and Instant Database become more fresh and effective then before.
And you can see this - CPM for Instant become higher in last day.
