Mannina first sent us threats of civil litigation which were disavowed as fake by the law firm identified in the letterhead. When that failed, he then used Maryland’s crazy “citizen file” system to lodge specious criminal charges against us alleging “wiretapping” and “electronic harassment.”

Today, the last of those unfounded criminal charges against us were dismissed by prosecutors. Mannina stormed out of the courtroom in anger and cursed at us under his breath.
