Nancy Pelosi’s monopartisan appointed committee on January 6th has voted to subpoena both documents and testimony from the 45th President of the United States, a break from norms and separation of powers, Donald J. Trump.
President Trump will not be compelled to actually testify because the committee will be disbanded before this can be fully litigated out.
