ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ-ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಖರತೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
Little bit information about different interview boards
1. Suman Sharma ma’am will put you under a lot of pressure from the get-go. She tends to ask questions based on facts and data, which may force you to respond with a lot of “no”s. Interestingly, those who score higher in GS-3 tend to do better with this board. Staying calm helps—at least, that’s what we’ve observed over time. (Scores typically fall in the 140–192 range—not too high, not too low.)
2. Swain sir usually gives moderate scores to most candidates (around 145–180).
3. Dasa sir and Shukla sir give marks across the widest range—anywhere from 115 to 210. Shukla sir is known as a kingmaker and tends to award marks on the higher side or on the lower side. Dasa sir, on the other hand, won’t hesitate to give you above 190 or even 200 if he likes you, but he also won’t shy away from scoring you below 130. That said, he does give marks in the medium range too unlike Shukla sir.
4. Sheel Vardhan sir gives average scores to most candidates (typically in the 140–185 range).
5. Sheel Vardhan sir and Sanjay Verma sir focus more on your analysis of pop culture and tend to reward curiosity and depth. Those with a better command over philosophical questions and strong opinions on current affairs usually score better. Between the two, Sanjay Verma sir tends to give higher scores—up to the 190s—if you perform well.
6. Dasa sir tend to reward more marks to candidates coming from regions with less exposure/backward districts/rural backgrounds if they do well during the interview.
(This information Will taken with a pinch of salt, as these are interpretations based on a limited dataset—both geographically and age-wise, the data and anecdotal evidence that we have is good enough in number but not good enough in geographical and age wise range, you may have a different opinion based on your own experiences).
