Charles Munger was vice chairman of Berkshire and one of its biggest shareholders, with stock valued at about $2.2 billion.
If Buffett and Graham taught me how to look at market prices and how to try to value stocks, from Munger I learned the importance of life long learning and the power of multi disciplinary thinking.
Safe to say that had it not been for him, I would have forever assumed that geniuses and smart thinkers are born and not made.
Munger was instrumental in changing this mindset. He taught me and many others that like a lot of other character traits, wise decision making and smart thinking can also be cultivated.
You just have to keep at it!
