I know quite a few of the people in here have a military background. Those of you deployed to the Middle East will understand me when I say, NOTHING MOVES QUICKLY with them. They kind of just putz along at their own pace. So when Al-Zaidi was in New York and made his speech, and called back home to instruct all ministries about the Iraqi sovereignty holiday. This was big news. Since he came home within a day, he met with the finance ministry and had the 2027 budget approved and sent to the cabinet. This wasn’t expected to be done until 15 October. Also last night the keys to ALL military installations were handed back over to Iraq. Our troops are done. Early. This is not at all typical. For these monumental accomplishments to happen so quickly is not normal for Iraq. The budget going to the cabinet is more ceremonial than anything. It’s been agreed to. This is a much bigger deal than what appears on the surface, and it certainly LOOKS as if they want things wrapped up before their new holiday. Their new 3 day holiday.

THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT JUST PUT THIS ON NATIONAL TELEVISION DURING THE NFL GAMES.
