The Postal Service Executive Order is not settled.

Today's SCOTUS ruling affirmed that the plaintiffs lacked standing in April when they originally filed their complaint because the Postal Service had not issued a formal policy. Without a policy, they could not point to a specific harm.

The Postal Service issued its formal policy in June. The public comment period has expired. They can now begin implementing the policy.

With the policy now in place, SCOTUS confirmed today that the plaintiffs lacked standing until the policy was issued.

Now, the plaintiffs have standing. So, they can ask the courts to issue injunctions against the specific policy.
Ship expects more complaints to be filed beginning this week.

The question is whether a judge will have time to kill the Postal Service policy with the election 2 months away.
