Former Arizona SOS Ken Bennett says the only person to attempt to breach security is named Ryan Macias.
He presented himself as a member of the press on two occasions, but was denied access when he couldn't produce press credentials.
A few days later he ended up being the designated observer from the current SOS Katie Hobbs.
