What is the ruling on putting money in the bank for safeguard without interest?

Answer:

🔴 There is nothing wrong with that. The basic principle in transactions is permissibility except that which is forbidden by the evidence. Rather, scholars have permitted to put money in the bank for necessity and for someone Who fears thieves and similar to that, until he finds a safe place.
⏪ It is not permissible for him to cooperate with them in sin and aggression, nor to take interest
“There is no one who deals in usury a great deal (to increase his wealth) but he will end up with little (i.e., his wealth will be decreased)..”

🔴 لا حرج من ذلك فالأصل في المعاملات الإباحة إلا ما حرمه الدليل بل إن أهل العلم جوزوا وضع المال في البنك للضرورة والحاجة من خشي عليه السراق ونحو ذلك حتى يبحث عن المكان الآمن.
⏪ ولا يجوز أن يتعاون معهم على الإثم و العدوان ولا أن يأخذ الربا
"ما أحدٌ أكثَر من الرِّبا إلَّا كان عاقبةُ أمرِه إلى قِلَّةٍ".

‎🔘 أنا رجل عزوبي ما تزوجت واذا أردت الزواج أخاف الفقر؟
‎🔴 الجواب:

‎هذا من تلبيس الشيطان عليك قال الله عزوجل :﴿ الشَّيْطَانُ يَعِدُكُمُ الْفَقْرَ وَيَأْمُرُكُم بِالْفَحْشَاءِ وَاللَّـهُ يَعِدُكُم مَّغْفِرَةً مِّنْهُ وَفَضْلًا وَاللَّـهُ وَاسِعٌ عَلِيمٌ﴾
‎⬅ واسع العطاء و اسع الهبات عظيم البركات ثم إن الزواج من أسباب الرزق ﴿إِن يَكُونُوا فُقَرَاءَ يُغْنِهِمُ اللَّـهُ مِن فَضْلِهِ وَاللَّـهُ وَاسِعٌ عَلِيمٌ﴾.
‎⬅ فالزواج من أسباب الرزق كان رزقك لشخص و احد فلما أضيفت اليك امرأة جمع رزقان فإذا أضيف لك ولدٌ و آخرٌ و آخر صارت عدة أرزاق فتزوج و إياك وتلبيس الشيطان
‎"يا مَعشرَ الشَّبابِ، مَن استطاعَ منكم الباءَةَ فليَتزوَّجْ؛ فإنَّه أغضُّ للبَصرِ وأحصنُ للفَرْجِ، ومَن لم يَستطِعْ فعليه بالصَّومِ؛ فإنَّه له وِجاءٌ." .

🔰 Between Maghrib and ‘Isha

Question 01 ⭕️

🔘 I am a single man and I have not gotten married. If I want to get married, I fear poverty?

🔴 Answer:

This is from the deception of Satan
. Allah the Almighty said:

‎ ﴿ الشَّيْطَانُ يَعِدُكُمُ الْفَقْرَ وَيَأْمُرُكُم بِالْفَحْشَاءِ وَاللَّـهُ يَعِدُكُم مَّغْفِرَةً مِّنْهُ وَفَضْلًا وَاللَّـهُ وَاسِعٌ عَلِيمٌ﴾

Shaitan (Satan) threatens you with poverty and orders you to commit Fahsha (evil deeds, illegal sexual intercourse, sins etc.); whereas Allah promises you Forgiveness from Himself and Bounty, and Allah is All-Sufficient for His creatures' needs, All-Knower.

All-Sufficient in giving and All-Sufficient in providing gifts, mighty in blessings.

Marriage is one of the means for provisions:

‎{ إِن يَكُونُوا فُقَرَاءَ يُغْنِهِمُ اللَّـهُ مِن فَضْلِهِ وَاللَّـهُ وَاسِعٌ عَلِيمٌ﴾

If they be poor, Allah will enrich them out of His Bounty. And Allah is All-Sufficent for His creatures' needs, All-Knowing .

⬅ Marriage is a means for provisions. Your provisions were for one person. When a woman was added to your life, two provisions were combined. If a child or more are added it becomes many provisions. So get married and beware of the deception of Satan.

“O young men, those of you who can support a wife should marry, for it (marriage) controls the gaze and preserves one from immorality. And whoever cannot (marry) should fast, for it is a means of reducing the sexual desire. .

Our Sheik Abū Muhammad 'Abdul Al-Hamēd Al-Hajūrī Al-Zukuri (may Allāh preserve him) was asked:

📩 The Question :

What are the things that make a student of knowledge proficient?

 📝 The Answer:

Seeking knowledge, persistence upon looking into knowledge, remaining at the side of the people of knowledge and
not wasting time (whilst) seeking it.

And before that seeking aid with Allah ﷻ, Verily Allah is
{نِعْمَ ٱلْمَوْلَىٰ وَنِعْمَ ٱلنَّصِيرُ }
{an excellent protector, and excellent helper.}
(Al-Anfal 8:40)

and Allah says:
{ٱقْرَأ وَرَبُّكَ ٱلْأَكْرَمُ }
Recite, and your Lord is the most Generous - (Al-'Alaq 96:3) to other than that from the evidences.

Our Sheik Abū Muhammad 'Abdul Al-Hamēd Al-Hajūrī Al-Zukuri (may Allāh preserve him) was asked:

📩 The Question :

How do the Jinns feel pain by the fire (in Hell) while they were created from it?

 📝 The Answer:

Like you feel pain by the blow of clay and stone while you were created from it. Nothing makes Allah ﷻ incapable.

He created human from dust and if the dust reaches or enters into his eye, he feels pain and (likewise) by the blow of stone or clay. Perhaps bleeding would occur or it might be followed by his destruction, similarly the devils and those who belongs to them.

It is obligatory upon us not to object Allaah’s ﷻ actions and his pre-ordainments by (asking) "How" and "Why"?. Because these two words causeq confusion to many of the people & they fell into innovation due to it.

If u know the wisdom (behind it, then fine) otherwise say, "I believe in Allah ﷻ & the Messenger ﷺ, as the religion is built upon submission.

What is the ruling of light movements during Khutbah?

If it is like itching & straightening (oneself) in the sitting, then there is no blame on it.

As for removing the pebbles or taking the mobile or discussing & the likes of that, then it is prohibited.

Question:
What is the condition of Sheikh Sulaymān Ar-Ruḥaili?

Answer:
[He is] from Ahlus-Sunnah wal Jamā’ah and from the scholars of Al-Madīnah. May Allāh Almighty keep him firm. We do not know him to have spoken ill of the Salafi centre of ḥadīth (Dammaj) and those affiliated to it, nor against our Sheikh, Al-’Allāmah Yaḥyā ibn ’Ali Al-Hajūri, even though many in that city (Al-Madīnah) became effected by the Fitnah of the Baramkees (’Arafāt and co.) and the Mar’iyyīn (’Abdurrahmān and ’Abdullāh Al-Mar’i) which you are aware of, such as ’Ubaid Al-Jābri, ’Abdullāh Al-Bukhāri, and Sheikh Rabī’, and those affiliated with them.

And we see from him love of knowledge, Sunnah, and goodness. There is nothing wrong in benefitting from him, although we would love for him that he was granted success; may Allāh grant him success and guide him to abandoning Taṣwīr when conducting his lessons and lectures and the like, because the Ummah is in need of knowledge - not looking at the image of the speaker or his appearance, and Allāh is the One who is the Helper.

The Fitnah of Taṣwīr is a Fitnah that has become widespread in many countries, and only those whom Allāh has spared are safe from it. So we invite everyone to repent to Allāh Almighty from this great Fitnah concerning which the Prophet ﷺ cursed the picture-maker. Also, the Prophet ﷺ said:
((لا تدخلُ الملائِكَةُ بيتًا فيهِ صورةٌ ولا كلبٌ)).
“Angels do not enter a house in which there is a picture or a dog.”
