In most cases, not having money isn't the problem; our lifestyle is the problem. I am not generalizing, but let's be honest: what are the reasons you really wanted the money but couldn't get it from anyone else? I am sure 9 out of 10 reasons would be for some unnecessary stuff. So, the solution is to change your lifestyle.

Deen is not a separate thing from your dunya. All our livings, whether you are a sheikh or a professor, we worship Allah the same exact way. There is not even a flinch of difference. An ustaz could be contributing to the Ummah directly by lecturing, but that doesn't mean you are expected to be an ustaz to enjoin good and forbid evil (Amr bi al-Maruf wa’l-Nahy an al-Munkar); it's an obligation upon all of us.

On another note, in Islam, monasticism—leaving the worldly life entirely—is forbidden. Allah says in Surah Hadid:

"وَرَهْبَانِيَّةً ٱبْتَدَعُوهَا مَا كَتَبْنَـٰهَا عَلَيْهِمْ إِلَّا ٱبْتِغَاءَ رِضْوَانِ ٱللَّهِ"
"
As for monasticism, they made it up; We never ordained it for them."

Islam encourages spiritual devotion but without withdrawing from society. You can live an aesthetic life and still have a higher darajah around Allah.

So, learn Islam. Live it. And inshallah, you won't need to give up on your profession.

upwork has been bad this year, especially after the release of these powerful AIs. let alone for a person with no job, it's become hard even for people with good profile. with that said, I do have friends who managed to get a well paying job through upwork in this tough period. i.e there are still jobs but not as many as early days.

my suggestion, know what type of jobs you are applying to. don't apply to the high paying ones as they will usually choose people with good profile badges. apply to small gigs. ..

Whether you believe it or not, you will be in your junior year, and I am telling you this is the time to try out multiple things. Life won't be the same after graduation. Don't stay at home; keep your phone away. Those are the two main things I believe will cause you to lose your motivation. Just go to a library near you early in the morning and stay there. Whether you do something or not, just go and stay there. Then the environment by itself will push you to be productive.

Yes, I believe in early marriage, provided that you are mature and ready to marry. This applies to both boys and girls.

As specifically regarding girls, I cannot really answer with generalizations because I have seen people around me who fell into depression after getting married, while others are leading their lives even better. So, I think—and I emphasize "I think" as I haven't experienced it yet—marriage is just another phase in life, like joining a university or something. You need to plan ahead for what comes next and prepare yourself for it.
